For me, it's between D-Wade and Kobe. I would have to give a slight edge to Kobe because of his defensive tenacity and he has more rings than D-Wade. Although watching the NBA playoffs last year I definitely saw a lot of MJ in D-Wade!
LJ reminds me more of Magic than MJ

Dwayne Wade. This guy has a warrior mentality, just like MJ. He's all about winning the title, and taking over at the end of games. Lebron is another player who reminds me of Jordan, because of his incredible skill set. The fact that both players are in the eastern conference, means the two will have many great matchups in the future. So far the NBA Championship board reads:
Dwayne Wade: 1
Lebron James: 0
McGrady, and Carter are flamboyant players, but neither touches Jordan.
Kobe has sold his soul to win scoring titles, and destroyed a possible dynasty in L.A. (by driving out the Diesel) that could have possibly matched Jordan's Bulls dynasty (six titles in all).

LeBron reminds me of Magic, Vince reminds me of Dominique, McGrady reminds me of a bigger George "Iceman" Gervin. This is players I say most remind me of Jordan is
Kobe Bryant: His will to win is only matched by Jordan. Like Jordan hes good on both sides of the ball. Hes a leader and a person who can takeover at anytime.
Dwayne Wade: Same thing as Kobe but not as good as an on the ball defender
Allen Iverson: The passion that Jordan has for the game is match only be A.I. words not only from me but MJ himself.

I think Lebron as far as the market goes everyone want to see Lebron including when the Cavs is on the road. The fans get upset if he lays the ball in for a lay up instead of dunking. The same thing MJ was going through. Now as far as MJ's game the closest would be Kobe he also has that killer instinct. Trust and believe if Michael's teamates wasn't knocking down shots he would put the team on his back as Kobe is doing now. You didn't mention Wade but he should be included also.

No one is even Close. (I am not saying that the players are bad they all have different styles)
Kobe is about himself and cant work with others. Yeah Kobe Puts up points and can play a little D but He cant take a team on his back and be a true Teamer.
Vince Doesnt play D and gets hurt too often. MJ didnt miss many games. Vince does
McGrady is good but no D and gets hurt as well
Now to Lebron
I am going to be fair to him. He is a different player
More of an Magic mold
He does everything very well but he's no jordan. Jordan is the enigma and to be fair we shouldnt have to try to see who is the next jordan. We should see who is the next big thing and catagorize it as it self

Kobe is the closest to Jordan because he modeled his game after Jordan and is the same height with a similar body type. Kobe has a little better handle and a shot, but Jordan could fly. Kobe has ill dunks though. To date I've seen him pull off every D.Wilkens dunk and the Isiah Rider dunk also. Kobe has very nice 360's probably better than Jordans.
D-Wade is a little different kind of like a cross between Jordan and Isiah Thomas.
LeBron is like a cross between Magic, a touch of Jordan, and a PF.
AI is like the ultimate 5ft 11 guard. He's like a play ground dream. The sickest handle and speed enable his scoring outbursts.
T-Mac is like Pippen with less D and passing and more scoring.
Carter is the greatest hops dunker to ever play. He can't glide like Jordan and Clyde though. But he does stuff from closer in that they couldn't.
