Last year the bottom 5 were
1.Portland: 21-61
2.NY Knicks:23-59
3.Atlanta: 26-56
Bobcats:26-56
4.Toronto: 27-55
5. Minnesota: 33-49
Boston: 33-49
Out of these teams Boston, and Minnesota will get better and maybe NY. Toronto, Portland, and Charlotte has a young team which mean growing pains. Atlanta needs a real and healthy point guard so I don't see them going anywhere.
Portland or New York will have the worst team and expect Stephon Marbury to be on the trading block, he's already starting a little trouble in the Big Apple

The Portland Trailblazers. They made 4 trades on draft night. They were good deals but that team will take a couple years to gel. They will have too many rookies playing a lot of minutes. Rookies=Losses lol They have 3 rookies. They have Randolph and nobody knows if he will stay there. They also have Miles who is a cancer, many say. They resigned Pryzbilla to a large raise and his backup Magloire is now demanding to start!!! LOL The drama has already begun and training camp just started yersterday. Blazers=worst team in NBA. I'd say in 3 years the team will be turning it around.
