I'll predict Randy Foye.

But if Morrison, or Roy won the award I wouldn't be surprised.

Adam Morrison has a very good chance to win it. The impact on his team wil be greater then any other rookie. He's most likely will be the number one option on his team of non-scorers.

Brandon Roy has a chance also because of his ability to play the 1 and 2 and his all-around play. He will get big minutes which will translate into something good.

My verdict: Adam Morrison

brandon roy for ROY. he has the best situation in portland. he will surely get his minutes and the ball most of the time. morrison is too 1 dimensional for me. foye will be having tons of competition with the addition of mike james. ricky davis and jaric are also there to eat up some of his minutes.
