Practice dribbling so that you are more comfortable doing it.

seize a few peers and play a recreation wherein each person is dribbling their balls whilst seeking to swat different's clear of them. Make limitations like you have to keep inside the three factor factor line. Or simply seize a buddy and feature them safeguard you whilst you dribble up and down the court docket to get used to a defender being there. They do not even need to seize for the ball, simply have them be in safety role.

dribbleing isnt easy...especially if u've never done it before............
prcatise dribbleing somewhere.......
at first do it alone.......when u have enough confidence....take on a friend one on one......that way u'll get used to dribbleing as u have no one to pass two....
once u think u'r good enough....then start dribbleing in a game......oh ya make sure u dont try anything fancy at first.......just normal dribbleing will do.......after u have enough confidence in u'r self..........try some fancy stuff at home like under the leg n around the body.......once u've mastered it use to u'r advantage in u'r games.........thats all there is to it......but remember u have to practise a lot to get it right........n good luck

I had the same problem when I was in varsity. I downloaded a cheering crowd track I found on limewire. I burnt it on cd and I would go to my garage and play it real loud. I would bounce the ball around for an hour or so and on gameday I would just imagine myself in the garage. I know it sounds weird but it helped me out alot. I would practice everyday in my garage with the crowd cheering for about a week. Try it, it might help you.
