i play basketball alot and i was wondering if you had any tips on improving vertical jumping and running speed without pills/illagle suppliments.Thanks.

I'm just curious to see what everyone thinks? I'm going to wait until "Black Monday" or maybe "Black Tuesday" before selceting a best answer. My gut instinct is that the following teams will have a new coach next year: Steelers (Cowher retires), Raiders (Shell gets fired), Falcons (Mora gets fired), and Cardials (Green gets fired).

Earlier in the season i posted a question about the Chargers and got a lot of people that thought they weren't gonna do much this year. Well look at what the Chargers are doing now, 13-2, their taking home that trophy this year, SORRY everyone else. Face it, with a first round bye and homefield advantage with a win vs. Arizona next week, theres no team in the league that can beat them. Now for my Question.
