Yes because if a player is not in great form. He must be sent back for the betterment of the team. Thus, it would b good decision to sent Sehwag back if his performance becomes worse and worse.

yes irfan is sent back for his poor performance in ongoing series.but there are alternative bowlers who can replace irfan.and to be exact pitches like south africa's never match irfan's swing bowling. pacers like munaf, sreesanth will exploit conditions lot better. but if u remove sehwag there is no alternative to fill his place.also south african conditons will suit his batting style. he is capable scoring tons of runs any time. one good innings from him could well win match for india. but any way on performance basis he should be in flight to india way back ago in past few tours

I fully agree with your views. However, since India have not much options in the opening of batting as compared to bowling,
they are persisting with Shewag. Who know whether he will also be sent back if he does not performs well in the 2nd innings, which I hope they should do as sufficient opportunities have been given to Shewag to recover his lost touch.

ya he must be given some rest or must be sent back home for ranji matches.. just bcos he is one of the senior players in our team he has been given a chance... i feel he must be sent home and should be made to play renji matches.. so tat he will be in good form for the world cup
