well i think i am using a too small bat and i have a slow swing when i use a regular on, do u have any exercise or tips that i can use to develop a lighter bat?

I've been wrestling in high school for 3 years now and its my 4th and final year. I always loved wrestling but now I feel it is a waste of my time. I am not very good at it and because of this, I don't want to cut weight for the next three months. In the past I've put a lot of work into this sport, and it has gotten me no where.
