Isn't it crazy that there are more athiests in here than God frearing people? They yell at us for preaching at them and then come to a place like this, which is meant for believers. If they do not want to hear about it, they should not put themselves directly in the middle of it.

Jesus did not speak english but he spoke Aramaic. type down the word "God" to see who's the God that Jesus was worshiping at that time.

If things like honour killing and stoning etc are only carried out by the odd nutter.


Explain how sharia law works where the relgious moral police, the judges, lawyers, executioners are all in on it, The public of the country voted then in purely to indtorduce the death penatly for being gay or having sex outside marriage and force sexsit dress codes on females to state that guys dont have to control themselves if a woman is unveiled

Likewise please exaplin how sharia type laws appear to be common place in several countries along with concepts such as family honour whereby honour means girls must be subsevient and only have sex with those they are told to.

Why its mainly in these societies you get forced arranged marriages 7 not in other.


Likwise dont bother saying this is silly or ignorant or racist as clearly I have seen the execution photos and videos.

And if racist why would I care about the girls or gays of that country.

Plus relgion is not race but choice

now i hear that the comforter shall be someone that comes and glorifies the name of Jesus
as many of you know i believe in spirit communication and spirit glorify Jesus and speak highly of him
now i have also read that spirit communication is the comforter
yet spirit communication is frowned upon by Christians

ok the point is this
i am not saying i am right and that spirit is the comforter , i am using a situation i know of only
but what if the comforter has been and been ignored as not from God due to differences in beliefs ?
thoughts please ?

My grandmother called this afternoon and asked if she could attend church with me and my husband because the evening service at her church was cancelled. When we picked her up, my husband asked specifically why the pastor had cancelled their service, and she said it was because of the Super Bowl. He said that he didn't want to force people into making a hard decision, and that he didn't expect a high turnout this evening anyway. As church leader, shouldn't he provide services for those who WANT to go?

What are your thoughts on this?

Different names, different personalities, different ways of obtaining salvation, different end-times agendas,
one said Isaac's seed is chosen, the other Ishmael,
one said Jesus is the Son of God, the other that he's just a prophet.

i dont get it i mean there are now scientists who want evolution out of schools because it gives them a bad name. I mean there is also lots of evidence proving that evolution is not true and Creation is. I just dont understand. How can you study the human body and say it just happened by chance. The human body is too complicated to have just happened. Sorry just curious.

I go to mass every week with my two boys, who are 2 years and 4 months. My husband does not come with me. My toddler is sometimes loud and disruptive. We do sit in the deaf section, but some people still say he is too loud. My parish does not have a "cry room"
My husband thinks I should leave the toddler home, but I don't like that idea.
A friend of mine thinks I should let him eat during mass, but I don't like that any better, not only for spiritual reasons, but also because I don't want him thinking he can get treats if he misbehaves or thinking that he should snack whenever he is bored.
Another friend thinks we should go sit in the hallway, instead of in the pews.
Our priest did not put a cry room in because he thinks children should be part of our community, but it seems that we are starting to disrupt the community regardless. And it can be hard to keep an active toddler still and quiet while also watching an infant.

I'd like ideas on how to handle this.

i've always wondered what religion is right, if any even is...is there a God? what is life? what is this place? is Christianity really the right one....how comes i try so hard to convince myself to believe God exists and that Christianity is right, but i still can't believe it....i've always been the type of person who needed "proof." i always "over-anylize" everything....i want to believe already!!!! i need to. what if the world ends tomorrow? what if i die tonight? maybe it's too late for me...maybe God gave up on me....i don't wanna go to hell....Please find a way to make me believe...i've already read lots of the Bible and joined groups online...i've talked to so many ppl....i'm going to hell, aren't I? please help!
