The praisers praise the Lord, but they do not obtain intuitive understanding-the streams and rivers flowing into the ocean do not know its vastness. Even kings and emperors, with mountains of property and oceans of wealth-these are not even equal to an ant, who does not forget God. Endless are His Praises, endless are those who speak them. Endless are His Actions, endless are His Gifts. Endless is His Vision, endless is His Hearing. His limits cannot be perceived. What is the Mystery of His Mind? The limits of the created universe cannot be perceived. Its limits here and beyond cannot be perceived. Many struggle to know His limits, but His limits cannot be found. No one can know these limits. The more you say about them, the more there still remains to be said.

A week in the bible?

Why do some people believe a day in the bible is something other than 24 hours and a week is billions of years? What compelling evidence do you have for this explanation? I just want to know so don't get offended

If our bodies are a temple of God and we should look after them.?

Why are there so many overweight Priests, Pastors, Preachers, Bishops etc even the Pope I mean no offense but isn't it a little hypocritical to say we can't do this this and this, but this is ok. Isn't being overweight destroying/damaging that temple like drugs and alcoholism and sexual abuse?
I am christian, serious answers only please and i mean no offense.

The Fourth Commandment states that Remembering The Sabbath Day, which is Saturday and keeping it Holy, will bring Peace To your Life. Im making A change in my life To Do What God asks of me, Will You DO the same? If someone claims to you now that God talked to him and wrote a book about his conversation with God..?

would you believe him? Hard to believe isnt it? So did it came to your mind that maybe(maybe!) Moses just made up all the stories about God? People believed him after some miracle show, followed him, added some more stories and as time passed..these stories have widely spreaded, had different variations, and soon became what we called now faiths & religions?

So, do we believe that Sylvia Browne is capable of speaking to the other side and she's psychic?

Do you think she really can talk to the other side, and even God through her spirit guide Francine?...I don't know. I come from a Christian background and I read one of the books and it kind of made sense in that it wasn't necessarily a new option of belief for me but maybe an expansion of my beliefs. Every other Christian person I know though totally shoots this notion down and challenges her. ehh...It's not really important but it's on my mind...
