Many people blame Muslims for most of the terrorism in the world and the Pope's recent remarks about Islam. I believe jihadists are radical Islamic fundamentalists who distort the Koran.

I know I'm gonna make you all feel very smart by asking this, but I never found out the theory behind why Muslims don't eat pork. Can anyone tell me please? (Please, no offensive answers, I'm asking sensibly and seriously.)

Last night it was a dark and foggy night. I was getiing ready to go home from my Auntie George's i was getting in her car. I missed the door way and hit my knee on the car. It is now swollen and as big as a grapefruit. Now i can't even take my daily shower. You see, i'm about 346 lbs and have descending rolls that touch the floor. I am very proud of them and like to fiddle with them in a dark room all by myself. Anyway..... my mom has been complaing about her mahogony blender that she got at the dolllar store. It works like a piece of crap. In fact it is so bad she put my grandma Jorge's arm in the blender because my grams is highly religious. Unfortunatly the results were a couple of scratches. My mom cant stop venting her anger out on me. O please helpp me i dont know what to do.

True peace of mind, I could not find, from all the best men in the
know. Till I sat on that stump, by that big garbage dump, and heard the words of the GREAT CHINESE HOBO,
And this is what he said,

It all began with the DEVIL,
For he was the ORIGINAL a++hole,
Who in order to feel LESS an a++hole,
Made EVERYONE think they were a++holes,
So now we're SURROUNDED by a++holes,
Who make us ALL feel like we're a++holes,
But one day we'll learn from some A++HOLE,
That the UNIVERSE is simply Gods a++hole.

Life after death or death after life?

I keep having people on Y!A say they'll pray for me - though there's no need - and I wondered if Y!A has exposed you to so many atheists and sinners you'd otherwise never have known that all your hours are now spent praying for our immortal souls. Or do you use a catch-all clause at the end of prayers like "... and all the sinners on Yahooo Answers"? Couldn't you just save time and quickly say to God "please look after EVERYONE'S soul"?

And shouldn't he be doing that without asking?

I'm genuinely curious here. How does this work for you?

Before the great Mahabharata war at Kurukshetra , Lord Krishna met Karna in private & revealed to him about the latter's true identity. He told Karna that he was actually the eldest child of the Kshatriya queen, Kunti, born with the sun god as his father. Krishna offered Karna the Hastinapur throne as well as his cousin sister, Draupadi, the common wife of the 5 Pandavas, to sleep with for 1 night . This was in return for Karna 's support to the Pandavas against Duryodhana & co. Karna however rejected the dual offer stating that it was totally wrong for him to betray the person whose salt he had eaten. Did Karna take the right decision in this case ?

Does it make you feel good about yourself when you destroy anothers atheism and comfort? I don't share a belief in God and NOTHING on this earth can take away my atheism but I am wondering if it gives you pleasure to destroy someones atheism who is young in the atheism and easily misled? Does that make you happy? I would be ashamed.
