I told my daughter that she is not open for buisness. And her teacher told her that it is old fashioned and unrealistic parents like me causing teenage pregnancy. The only way I found out was the Drs. office called to confirm. I was there waiting for them. When her teacher heard Mom? She immidiately asked for security. This just happened an hour ago. Is this criminal?

I recently heard on a radio show that they found a portion of the oldest known version of revelations and it actually indicated that the number of the beast was not 666 but actually 616? What do you know about this and if it is true doesn't it beg the question about biblical accuracy?

Political correctness is literally killing us. Almost all armed conflict today is Islamic and Islam has always been at war. The "source" or "cause" is Islam...the Quran, but because of PC we cannot address the root cause!

We know for a fact Islam is false and only for the dumbest humans on earth. Islamic communities have the highest illiteracy and poverty...all a product of Islam itself.

To even think there is any possible explaination or context for this to be from the mind of God is highest stupidity >> Quran 20:53 "He (Allah) Who has, made for you the EARTH LIKE A CARPET spread out" http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/020.qmt.html#020.053

You have to be among the dumbest people on earth to even try to explain why this is from God >>> Quran 8:12 I will cast TERROR into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore STRIKE OFF THEIR HEADS AND STRIKE OFF EVERY FINGERTIP of them. http://cwis.usc.edu/dept/msa/quran/008.q...

de·ism (dzm, d-)

The belief, based solely on reason, in a God who created the universe and then abandoned it, assuming no control over life, exerting no influence on natural phenomena, and giving no supernatural revelation.

To consencrate is to make pure, passing a bowl over the insence, flame, water and salt and saying a certain chant consencrates the object, or so I have read. It also said you have to consencrate every object on the altar. The bowls to hold the water in, the candles and insence and bowl to hold the salt is on the altar, so do they have to be consencrated? But how can they be consencrated if the process involvings holding the object over the insence and dipping into the holy water and sprinkling with salt?

This is an honest question so I 'd really would like some honest intuitive answers. I'm just wondering before anyone converts to these beliefs and religions do they actually put stock into it or do they switch because all of the hype or the friends talk you into and you feel cheated or tricked.

I know this can happen in any religion (ie:me and christianity). Another question just sparked my interest.

Also, I don't have anything against these religions. I know some background on it and I don't see anythingh that is neccessarily disagree with. I justam still searching, and although I should researching it on my own, I think asking the question is the first step and I rather do it here.

Is it because something is troubling them enough that they give up rationality for hope? Hope is a beautiful thing but can lead us further from the truth.

One of the most beautiful and meaningful passages is found when Paul stated:

"I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me." (Gal. 2:20)

Does this echo YOUR commitment to the faith?

Ive seen many statues and pictures of buddha as a fat jolly man sitting down in leisure. Ive read that the reason for that is because he was a noble. That is the reason why he is always sitting in leisure and fat (because hes wealthy).

But then again i read that he should have not been fat because of material reasons.

Then again i read that he was both fat and skinny throughtout his lifetime.

Why is he fat, and sometimes skinny?

Jesus said -"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20vs 15

Daniel said hell is -"many will go to everlasting abhorance, and many to life everlasting."

Jesus is the cure-one sin makes u a sinner-how many people do u have to kill to be a killer?

the wages of sin is seperation from God, but the gift of God is everlasting life, through Jesus the Messiah our Lord.

Jewish, athiests etc--700bce Isaiah perfectly predicted the Messiah Jesus Isaiah 7 vs 14 to be born a sign/miracle to a virgin and be God with us.
Isaiah 9vs 6 "Unto us a child is born a son is given, and he will be the prince of peace, the almighty God, and the wonderful counselor."

Isaiah 52vs13-53vs12 "He will be exaulted but first marred more than any man. He will lay down his life to make atonement for our sins. He will see his seed and prosper.

have you been born again in the new seed-John chapter 3 and Jesus says he loves U =Rev.3:19&20

I've visited a few, I'm generally more interested in healing, and psychic/channeling, etc. but picked up Cunningham's book and found a surprising flood of energy (esp. addressing elements/directions, standing in the kitchen using a paring knife as a stand in). Started looking into local groups…haven't found anything like I'd imagined a practicing group to be, mostly interested in "playing witch", or recreating "ancient" ceremonies, trying to be practitioners of past times and different locals...(I'm critical, but practical). Have you ever belonged to a working group that really wanted to develop energy and community? And avoided the silliness that can come with some of the shallower writings? Am I being unrealistic?
