Yes, even Satan believes in God, and he certainly does not believe in Gods promises.
Obviously ATK has never even seen a Bible. He thinks Paul wrote most of the Bible when the Old Testament is much larger then the New, and Paul was not even born in OT times.

Sadly yes. Not all the time is our faith going to be SUPER DUPER FIRED UP FAITH, sometimes we doubt... but it's a shame you know. When I doubt, I bet that God is like "Wow, I create the heaven and the earth and you are doubting me? I make you get up Everyday whether you've been naughty or nice and I do that for millions of people and animals, and you think that I am not big enough to fix your little itty bitty problem?" Wow. Why doubt at all when we have such an awesome God?

I guess the doubts about the promises of God comes from the fact that there are too many words in the Bible that are not God's. Some are St.Paul's who was not even a prophet but he wrote most of the bible.
On the other hand we Muslims believe in Allah and His promises without a doubt. Because the Quran is the Word of God. And if God promises He will deliver it!

no.
if u believe in god, u should be believing in ALL his promises too.
they both go hand in hand with each other.
how can u believe in 1 & not the other? that doesn't make any sense at all.
god is real. trust me, i know this by experience.
been there & done it. gone thru it & lived it.
all god's promises in the bible are 110% + true.
i'm talking about & from experience.
give god & his promises a chance, you won't regret it. it will be the best decision you'd make for you life & it's just the beginning.
good luck & god bless

I do not believe so. If we truly believe in God, why would we not want to believe in his promises? For God's Word is his main source of spiritual strength for our life. If we study God's Word, we will know that Jesus Christ was the Son of God; or God in the flesh. Jesus Christ also told us that He was the living Word. So how can we believe in Him, and not believe in his Holy Word? If we do not believe the promises of God, we may believe that He exists, but we are most certainly not truly believing in Him.

Why believe in God, if there is no benefit to you? If he exists, the value might be; he is part of reality and thus needs to be understood and addressed accordingly. What about God is understandable? Nothing? Than You have no way of knowing God, therefore he doesn't exists by default. Based on the rules of knowing what exists and what does not. If you have no rules to determine this by, then all bets are off. Anything goes.

after that most of it is sub afermation that is to say nit picking.
later jesus says some good things like stone not this woman (siner) becouse if the inocent wont non of you should ! and washes her feet and marries her ! what love of the little woman this is !
later some sexist says she dosent exist ! what else do you expect ?
ps jesus also appers to say that mosis was wrong ...?

If God is God, (i.e. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, all-wise etc.) then He by nature, will hold true to His promises. To not believe in His promises makes no sense. However, people being people, we can find ourselves contradicting ourselves. I find myself in this position a lot.
If we feel abandoned by God, depressed, or otherwise, we often start to doubt God emotionally. My advice to you is to find a small group of people who share similar beliefs, open yourself up to them and work together to lead a fulfilling life. Be tenacious about it. You only have one life and it is worth living. Keep asking around until you find yourself at honestly peace with God.

You know there are a lot of things to believe in and god is one of them. but all the promises that he has made to us to me is a touchy subject and well, would rather leave it be. But yes I think it is possible to believe in God and not his promises. ANY THING IS POSSIBLE!!!!

These are issues very close to the heart of believers. It is difficult to say what one believes and disbelieves. It appears to me that some people are very selective. They believe in what is convenient and leave out those which are not so palatable may be!
