me not american , ill go new york next week , me want to know couple of thinks , a friend of mine, pepe , visited america and told me that black colored people were aggresive and would stole your bag. and he told me that every american women is party prostitute. and he told me that ALL americans are aggresive and smoke drugs. Should i bring my stick for protection?

I mean haven't they lost their war already when they become the "enemy" by killing innocent children and then justifying it? What is wrong with people these days, if they are the richest and most educated country in the world isnt it disgusting that they are comparing their actions with a group of people who cannot even use a toilet? I asked one question and they seem to use the Taliban has justification for their actions. what???

Because I just cannot find it in myself to feel sorry for people who breed like bunnies having kids they cannot support,living off welfare,mooching off society,raising their kids to perpetuate the cycle?? Why do I have no sympathy anymore??

I don’t have any female friends and all the guy friends I have, always try to hit on me and when I turn them down, they become hostile towards me. I’ve spoken to my mother about it and she said it’s the price you pay for beauty, but I don’t want it anymore, I’m sick of people hating me for it and guys wanting to just use me because of it. Also I hate when guys stare at me, it makes me feel dirty. I feel cursed. You always think of beauty as a gift, as something very much desired, but what happens when it ruins your life, not so much a gift anymore is it?

consistent and so they are seen not to be racists them selves the problem is not race it is always one of education and culture that gves itself its atitude to life no one forces any one to get into trouble no one can have any excuse for committing crime regardless who we are we are responsible for our behaviour now so why d people blame others for their own failings But may be White America should just try saying sorry it will not hurt any one and there is much healing to be done yet

Maybe I've already exposed my prejudice by framing the question as such, but there's no denying the context. Today, millions of people from around the world are waiting for their chance to have the doors of America opened to them. Yet, all we hear every night on the evening news, and all we read about in the papers and magazines is about how terrible this place is. We all know too well everything that is going wrong. There must be plenty of things going right or we wouldn't have an immigration problem. Countries like Iran don't seem to have long lines of people clamoring to gain entrance.

If you still believe that America is still the greatest nation on earth, then why are you so down on it? You are the fruit of the greatest experiment democracy has ever known.

If you despise America and its place in the world, then please explain what you would do as a force for positive change?

This question is kind of silly, but I'm just wondering if you think people sabotage someones answer to a question, because they don't like it for whatever reasons, even if it is correct or an answer based on experience. (Ex. They want their question to win)

Then they go to all the questions you have answered and give thumbs down, just because they don't like your answer to one question?
I know I'm being silly, but I thought this was a place to answer questions if you know them, not a drama filled soap box...(just some people)

Does anyone else feel this way sometimes? It is just out of plain curiousity.

Don't me wrong, I don't like a salesperson on top of me when I walk into a store but went into an American Eagle Outifitter the other day. Not ONE of the 20 somethings even said hello or asked if they could help me. There were 5 people working and they seemed numb to the customers.

I haven't only noticed this at AE, in general it seems less and less young people are very courteous.

Why?

I just answered the phone, and it was one of them rubbish calls where it takes ages to connect then someone with a very bad accent begins to speak '

Him: "Hello is that Mr (my dads name)?

Me: "No. Hes not here"

Him: "Ok, is this a friend or family member?

Me: "Yes"

Him: "Ok, because we are offering you a phone, on contract or pay as you go"...blah blah (he went on and on talking really fast in a foreign accent)..

Me: "You're offering me what?"

Him: "A phone...blah blah blah"

Me: "Oh, no, Im not interested thanks"

Him: "How can you not be interested? You must be interested"

Me: "NO, I'm not. I'm putting the phone down now."

Him: "I'll call you again"

Me: "No you wont or I'll report you."

Him: "I'll report you too"

Me: "For what?"

Him: "For being abusive"

At that point I put the phone down. I thought WTF! I've never had that before, but it annoyed me so much that he said he'd keep calling me. Can he actually do anything? and what can i do?
