in this world of violence, sadness, preemptive wars and asinine human attitudes I do not want to ask anything too depressing in order to pay respect to all women in the world for their day. After all you never started up a war, right? (well maybe a little fight here and there, harmless still....)
PS: my favorite is the one in which stewie and brian sing in the train something about Rhode Island,,,,,I forget the name, sorry...

Sex education in schools has proven to be ineffective in reducing the teen pregnancy rate. Many people believe that teenagers are going to experiment with sex no matter what they are taught at home and in school. If we assume that teens WILL have sex anyway, what can we do to prevent them from becoming pregnant? Is there some kind of social or educational program that could effectively address this problem?

Assumptions:
1. Some parents will educate their children about sex, but many will not.
2. Some teens will choose abstinence - these are not the target.
3. Abortion is not to be included in any of the proposed options - for the purpose of focusing the discussion on the other options.

My aunt has enlisted my help in finding out how to get donations for her Soup Kitchen at church..presently everything is out of pocket for her and anyone else that decides to bring a dish. She's on a fixed income and this was something to keep her busy after my uncle passed. She's just trying to feed the needy. I don't know what is going on with the church itself and why they aren't helping but any info would be of great help.

Aren't we taking God's judgment into our own hands when we take a person's life. what if they would have repented? Wasn't Jesus' death the result of the death penalty? How do you justify support for the penalty?

I live near a mall called Mayfair. It is probably the best near where i live, in terms of variety of stores, and the general niceness of it. its very well decorated and maintained. however, it does have a slightly higher crime rate than most malls in the area. As a result of this, sometime come spring, new rules are being put in place. anyone who looks like they are under 30 are going to be carded, and if you are under 18 or "look like you are going to cause trouble" you can be denyed admittance. this is all in attempt to reduce crime. however, i happen to think its a little extreme. the majority of the stores in the mall are not stores that anyone past the age of about twenty four would shop in (some people do, but not many). does anybody else have rules like this in place at their malls? i think its a bit extreme and they are probably going to loose a lot of money because the majority of people shopping there are teenagers. your thoughts?

I was speaking to my friend about this, And we both think vinnie from Biker Mice from Mars (great show) is hot. Weird yes, because he is a mouse, and he's cartoon. I think it may be his personality too though. And the fact that he's sort of human/mouse.

And I've watched many cartoons and found many of the male characters "good looking"

I make phone calls on a corded wall phone, use film cameras, listen to phonograph records, have a car with a clutch and shift, write letters and mail them, watch a TV with an antenna, know nothing of modern grumbling "artists", and even eat steak (against PETA's advice). Do you know anybody who entered into the NSW Lotteries "5 scratchie promotion" and didn't get the guaranteed $20?? This happened to me. I scratched with my kids and they wouldn't give me $20 because the scratchie's had been separated. They were supposed to inform me but didn't. The information on the poster wasn't that clear.

This topic has come up many times latley. I have noticed that racism is somethin that will exsist for as long as we do no matter if you like it or not but i believe that as bad as slavery was the young people today still believe that they deserve reparations. People would get offended if white people had a white college fund, a white entertaiment television channel( as much as people argue there is NO channel that is called White Entertaimnet TV). You also hear african americans talkin about being proud of being black but what happens if white people say the same. They are racist. I just don't get it anymore. I have noticed this the most with the people I have grown up with and do not get it. It's like the older you get the bigger this issue gets and i think that people just need to get over it.
