I was speaking to my friend about this, And we both think vinnie from Biker Mice from Mars (great show) is hot. Weird yes, because he is a mouse, and he's cartoon. I think it may be his personality too though. And the fact that he's sort of human/mouse.
And I've watched many cartoons and found many of the male characters "good looking"

U said it have u seen Japanese cartoon. all the male and female are all very handsome and pretty. As for me i love Elmo from sesame street, for cartoon characters, i like the beast from justice league, wolverine from x-men.
