I was thinking that it usually is the father's. If the father is not a presence in the family then it will be majority society. For instance, if some has a mexican dad and a white mother, he will be mexican. If the father dies when his young and the white mother and child live in a predominantly white neighborhood then he will be white. What do you think?

Just wondering. This kid at my school seems nice but he goes to the special class down stares. I don't think nothing is wrong with him at all, he is not like the others.

Honestly, I can't stand babies or little kids. When someone comes up to me and wants me to look at their baby, I want to say something like, "You reproduced, I see. Um, go team!"

As for little kids, I would love to make and market a line of muzzles for children that would come with restraints and leashes. A well-behaved child is a rarity.

Is anyone else not child friendly?

There is this Caucasian girl in my class, and I am sorry to say but she really gets on my nerves. She tries to act Black and ghetto by going the whole nine yards; like speaking with Ebonics, dressing "thug", putting hair in cornrows, things like that. The thing is, she is a rich White kid who owns a ranch form and is trying to act like she is all hard and down with "black" people, or whatever the hell that is supposed to mean.

This is just an example, but why do some people pretend to be from the "ghetto". Why would someone WANT to live i the ghetto in the first place? I think that it is rather annoying even when Middle or Upper class Black kids try to act "ghetto", but it is even more irritating when it is done by White people. No offense to anyone.

If women have all the power in this world, there will clearly be less violence and less horrible problems.

However, would women fight with each other like men to become the president? Would they start developing male like characteristics?

Is their any danger in ruling and leading by emotion and empathy rather than by logic?

pay more attention to your type-os and your grammar than the question you are asking. I mean, if I wanted my grammar corrected I would go back to school. They are more interested in "correcting" every mistake you make than helping you with a question you asked. Does this happen to you??

I am an African american female totally in love with my Greek boyfriend (the expression "Once you go Greek, the rest is weak") is sooo dead on true. I totally idolize him, and we have so much in common. He is also my bestest friend ever. We have been talking long distance for a year and we have come to agreeing that I go to where he is. The problem is his parents (luckily his siblings are ok with me.) I know the culture and how they view us (His parents are in objection of us marrying.) I am not that type of african american that the media often portray's black women. I listen to classical music, a love traditional greek music (something like Notis Sfakianakis) and a huge fan of Celine Dion, Buble, and Josh Groban. I hate guys with baggy pants. But just a normal girl so my question is ............ What does it take for me to win the affections of his parents (well accept me, they don't have to love me.)

I have worked in Supported housing for 15 years and in the last 3 years i have effectively been shut out and employment agencies Such as Reed have pulled my CV. I reached positions of senior managemnt within companies as Centrepoint and Carr - Gom, but because of a enhanced CRB with convictions over 11 years and a Muslim sounding name i have become personae non gratia, Born and bred british i am disgusted with a field i have worked in for so long who percieve themselves as Social and liberal and who provide housing for the homeless. And then politicians, public alike turn round and insinuate that we as black people have no ambitions in seeking gainful emloyment. I have an abundance of experience and shall continue to look for work, but i pity a nation who would look on my colour rather than the content of my character.

My friends and I had a bet going for Christmas, whereby we'd subscribe each other to the most obscure magazine titles we could find. I now have a year's subscription to "Boars and Chicks" magazine (women in bikinis pictured with wild boars - Eeww) and "Hedgehog Admirer's Monthly". How much can you write about hedgehogs? Guess I'll find out...

My two fish which I've had almost a year now succumbed to illness; and about 1/2 of my son's seamonkeys which he's had since December were lost in a freak aerating accident. All tonight. It was a bad day to be an aquatic life force in this home tonight.

All faiths are requested and welcomed to please express your condolences. They will be missed. Thank you.

Am I weird for this? Have you ever found yourself doting to yourself after the fact of relieving yourself because it was so relieving? I do this often. If it was a fairly large bowel movement or I felt extremely good about the outcome I'll kinda obsess about it for about 15 minutes afterward. finding that I constantly continue to think about how wonderful it was for it all to come out. I find myself doing the same thing when I pass gas (in private of course) if it is a fairly large one I'll sigh outloud or even say "oh yea, that was a good one". seriously folks! do you find that you gloat to yourself about how relieving your last bowel movement or passage of gas was? Am I the only one? I'm sure guys do this. But, am I the only female that does this and is it strange that I would be admitting this to a vast number of strangers? opinions please!

One of my neighbors lost his home to foreclosure and the police came with a lock smith the bank hired to change the locks and found his body in his former living room with "another victim of capitalism" written on the wall. Do people try to measure their lives too much too social conformity/social standing. I have never meet a person who is down to earth and humble kill themselves. Most people I know who killed themselves over my lifetime (23) are social seeking yuppies who fail and end their lives over it....SAD!!! Why do people kill themselves? Your opinions I gave you mine.
