Kind & too vulnerable is a tough line to walk but I think I will be ok....I've been judged harshly & know how much pain it brings - I don't want to hurt anyone else like I've been hurt.

A noble effort, however we live in a world of evil. Please be careful as you may open yourself to much vunerability. Be compassionate toward all people but understand you and you alone will be most concerned for your own well being. Yes, by all means be positive. Your inner spirit will be healthy and will nuture your physical body.

I agree that it would be better if we all tried not to judge people. I try to think positive and give compliments to people I see. If there's something you don't like about a person, it's best to keep quiet and try to find something nice to say to them.

people only know there own expereinces, and we only learn in life thru our experiences. so they tend to not believe things that they dont know, its really closed minded but believe me when they do finally experience what they once judged someone for they remember the judging and feel ashamed even more so because now they are what they once thought sad, good luck Kim
