i was having a hard time to find a reason for myself and i just wanted to see what other people thought about their lives. i was wonder why you wake up every morning? what drives you to live? what is in your day that you look so forward to? what is your purpose? why do you live?

.I wake up every morning for work. Without work, i would probably die due to lack of money. I also wake up so I can be here for my son, and be with the love of my life, my husband....i dont think i could live without them, i would probably die of a heartache

I wake up because God blessed me to do so. I live to glorify him. It is my goal everyday to let others see him by the way I live my life. Some days I do better than others. In the meantime, I experience the goodness, mercy and joy that life as a Christian brings, along with the tests, trials and adversity. It is the nature of life.
Even Jesus wept. He also enjoyed himself at a wedding and his first recorded miracle was providing the wine! Like Jesus, I'm here, a spiritual being, having a human experience, until God the father calls me back home.

I live for the happy moments in life. I push myself past the hard moments, because I know that by going forward, I'll eventually reach the good times. Just a few nice events can overpower a bad one. A smile, a good grade, seeing a good movie, a hug, meeting an old friend, really laughing for once-- all that is why I live. I live because I love my family and my friends, and I live because I want to grow older and make a difference in people's lives, because there are people who are less fortunate than I am, and they deserve to experience these pleasures of life too... I live because I love life, and I want others to love it too.

(some wake up) and can;t get up because they are to sick and wish they could,aren't; you glad you can.(My drive) to live ,others depend on me ,wouldn't;t have a home or food on the table or clothes on our backs if we just lay their(.look forward too,) being with the family that I Iove. Doing things I enjoy ,God has a purpose for us all , I JUST EXCEPT THINGS ,what ever will be will be,no sense in worrying about it. just take each day as it comes and do the best you can.WHY DO I live,when my time is up God will decide.my mom died 5 months ago she loved life so much and I KNOW' she didn't;t want to leave us , she loved to go places ,travel ,yard sales , loved to eat watch TV ,old movies she was scared when she got sick, how I WANTED TO keep her but no one could do any thing,you ask why do I LIVE , because I WANT TO, UN TILL my time is up like mom I'll still want too' up till the last breath, and hope she will meet me and take me to heaven with her. some people end their on lifes that is a sin and you can;t go to heaven if you do that; belief in God helps in life.

well, I have to start the coffee, make lunches for kids & my cute hubby, turn up the heater cuz the house is cold, let the dogs out, turn on my little tv in the kitchen for the morning news, start breakfast, make my cafe mocha, all that before 7:30 & all with a smile! :) Cuz I'm the mom! Then, get one kid to highschool, the other to jr. high, husband off to work, feed the dogs, guinea pigs & rabbit, then...i get a shower, change the news to music, and get my day started!! whew, I'm tired just thinking about it! And that's only the first 2 hours of the day! Isn't it great to be alive cuz we get to choose how to start our day! We're free and we live in a great country - thank you God!! That is why I wake up every day!

I live for my family. I wake up to them every morning. God has a purpose for me here and it doesn't get accomplished by staying in the bed.

I wake every morning because I have to go to school. I have to go to school to get a job. I have to get a job to make money. Once I have my money, I'm set. So I wake up so I can succeed in the latter part of my life. If slept in, I would really be ruining my future, now wouldn't I? I look foward to seeing my best friend everyday, so she is my incentive. be careful I started thinking that way and soon after I was a drug addict, who then had to wake up because of the physical habit, now after i'm still wondering and go thru phases of not getting up unless something sparks my intrest, its called depresstion and medication does help, I wish I knew to what it would take to feel how i once did but as of now I dont, oh ok the one thing that still gets me going is love and being in a faithful relationship while still being in love at levels i've never been before that is the one thing that keeps it up I guess I was forgetting since the partner I choose to feel this way with is again in jail for 15 dys great why we do these things to ourselves I'll never know but I do, good luck Kim

The reason is life itself, I give thanks every morning for another day, for my family, my work, my health, and much more. Even though sometimes it look like you have nothing to live for, there is always something and if things are really bad in your life it will not last forever, it always will get better.
