Mostly people talking at their language at their work time infront at their co-worker from different country. Why should they never speak in English during at work time.

why is it that people still have issues with darker toned people. personally i find all tones to be equally atrractive. what is so hard in nearly 2007 for people to do so.

There's something very cool & nice about seeing a handwritten letter from a friend in your mailbox. (as opposed to your "inbox")

A letter is like a little present to open & read over & over. Not just delete.

Sucks that today's kids missed out on that....

We as women have gone through many hardships because of men! I believe that we should spilt the world in half where men live on one half and women live on the other half. I'm tired of men being barbaric savages so let them kill off their own gender! While we the women will make a civilized society. I just answered a question where someone asked why people in London were celebrating tonight, I gave the answer that it was bonfire night, but I also said that if they live in the UK maybe they should take some time to learn about UK history and tradition, I was polite whilst saying this, but I still got a thumbs down. I would like to know your opinions about why I got a thumbs down, when all I am trying to say is that if you live in a community, shouldnt you take time to get to know about it> I know I would.

anyone thought of an amazing invention, only to find some smart *** has already done it or it's just missed being possible! mine's the computerised football referee (microchip in the football boot of each player and the ball, laser beams around pitch and goal..transmitted onto screen, no more offside disputes..not bad for a girl eh!)

I never understood why all these people enjoy singing about sex. Us kids don't need to be hearing about that. We're kids. We shouldn't be doing it until we're married or at least [for the girls] until we are old enough to get pregnant and not have a bigger chance of dying in childbirth. Songs are the basis of many lives. We don't need these kind of messages to be foundations... (I just confused y'all didn't I?)

isnt it strange that there are so many people in the west..europe uk and the usa who say they hate muslims, sick of them in there country etc etc yet if i said hitler had the right idea... i would be seen as offensive etc etc
my own personal view is live and let live take people as you find them regardless of race religion sexuality etc etc
but why do the same folk who would happily wipe out muslims get offended if you remind them their views are no better than that of nazi's

All these guys ever want is to sleep with these girls? I think it's dumb... Guys should pay attention to what the girls think. Not what they look like. And these girls need a new sense of value because, obviously, for them to be wearing those baby gap outfits, they must not really care about themselves... I think it is pretty obvious that us progressive liberals are the smartest and know how best to run a country. Unfortunatley, there are more barbarian red neck hicks out there who can out vote us. It's pathetic. If a progressive liberal were president, there would be no terrorism because we wouldn't have invaded afganistan or iraq. There would be no crime because these criminals are only acting out against republican harrassment. The world would be a beautiful place.

Today is the fifth of November...and freakishly I saw the movie "V for Vendetta" again, a year after it was released. My question is are we willing to do something about all of this. Ironically, everything in the movie is becoming a reality with the passing day. Federal agents pull out a 14-year old from her classes to question her about her myspace comment about he she hates Bush. The state of California announced yesterday that elementary school kids will be fingerprinted. The kids I am sure are a very big threat to national secutiry. And England has just been declared the most spied on nation in the world. England has the biggest closed circuit monitoring system in the world. Biometric systems are being integrated for things like passports. England is the closest thing to a Big Brother society that we have today.

What do you have to say? I would love to hear from some English people.

I am posting this in several categories because I want to get a range of responses.
