I was wasted when I smoked, but I swear that I felt high, not drunk, high. I mean, it's only tobacco so is that possible? Or was it just my mind playin tricks on me.

P.S. I've never done any illegal drugs, i.e. pot, so I really don't know what a high is, but I swear that's what I'd imagine it feels like.

I saw that someone had scrawled something about a young girl on a bus today, and it alleged that she had had sex with over 70 guys. Why is she labeled a whore, but nothing is said about the guys? I understand about the double standard, but why is it still in existence?

Why do we, as women, allow this double standard to still be in practice? If a woman/girl sleeps around, and is called names, it should be the same for the men/boys. What do you think?

what do you TALK about? i mean, i just cannot fathom what the male mind would talk about.
i mean, most guys have sleepovers just like girls, right? well, what do you talk about? do you even CALL them sleepovers?
and when you guys sit around doing nothing, what are you really talking about? i mean, walking by, it just sounds like a bunch of grunts. is that just an act for girls, so that we dont know what you're talking about? do you gossip as much as girls do?!

The Arena was a place of massive conflict and great power. Each fighter would be mentally linked and controlled by a main power source, and those fighters who could consciously interract with the power source would be Primes, the fighters who could use the special abilites of the main power sources. A fighter could change shape, fly, move things with the mind, etc. A Prime could do all this and more. A Prime could could produce massive energy bursts and high-level maneuvers.

I have dreams of being in the Arena. I have dreams of being a Prime. My soul yearns for the abilities, the flying, the telekinesis, but I am here because I was knocked out of the Arena by another fighter. Other realms have tons of displaced fighters and Primes, but this one seems to have little to none. Does anyone else remember the Arena?

If you're going to be mean, nasty, or rude, don't bother.

Should I let my family know I have social anxiety and depression?
I am 21 and I was wondering if I should tell my family and how they will react to it.They are well mannered Christian people. I want to tell them because they keep asking me how come I stay home most of the time and don't have better job? How come I don't have a girlfriend yet? How come I don't socialize with people much? They just don't have any idea how hard for me is to even leave the house.I get intense panic attacks all the time in social situations.I can barely drive in a traffic now or go to the store.And I am depressed most of the time. I am a university student and one of my professor's to put it lightly is a brash individual who loves to ridicule people in the class over there lack of knowledge over certain issues we are studying. Today, in class however when focusing on me he constantly made fun of a personal attribute of mine before the entire class. Not only was this humiliating but the fact that it was done before my friends in a place where I am paying money to learn not be ridiculed was especially maddening. My question is am I over reacting? Should I tolerate this behavior from a university professor? What would you do?

I think people are gay due to some circumstance that happened to them as children that rubbed off on them in a way that caused them not to like the opposite sex. I've met a bunch of gay guys in my life and it seems like all of them had something traumatic happen in thier childhoods. For instance I know at least three gay guys who were molseted by men as children. I'm sorry is this is not a politically correct accusation but it is my opinion. I am not anti gay either unless that person is molesting children. Can anyone prove otherwise? Does anyone else agree with me?
