I notice that some black people are stuck on color.
In the South, a lot of people seem to distinguish themselves from one another with the terms "light-skinned" and "dark-skinned".

I have two medium brown parents. My two sisters are both light-skinned and I am medium brown. My brother is dark-skinned.

The point is that we all came from the same two people.
Why are we making differences?

That is so stupid to me.

For example, someone asked a very engaging question on the Nazi Party and the Communist Party and that question was removed by the time I wanted to answer it. But people ask questions that equate Islam with the Nazis and those questions can run all month - all year long! Where does the "offense" line begin or end?

For example, a goth can proudly admit that she's goth, but the bully or whoever against her will say 'You're not a goth! Goths don't act like that!" or "I don't care Satanic goth worshipper!" It's sad and the answer is probably obvious, but I need a well-though out answer. Why truely are people generalizing by stereotypes. Stereotyping by appearence or behavior is one thing, but when someone is true enough to admit it, what's the need to dismiss it or ignore it, especially when you don't know or hate the person. Anyone have an answer or experience like this?

Check your history before you puff up with righteous indignation. Africans,Native Americans, and last time I checked the christians were the bad guys during the crusades. The Tuskegee experiments, experiments performed on the eskimoes,and the sterilization of southern blacks. I was born an raised in America ,served 6 years in the military, but I know only a fool hides behind a flag without studying the whole picture. America cant even begin to point its finger at other countries regarding human rights crimes. Or must I remind you it was less than 56 years ago white people were still lynching black WW 2 veterans. Hmmmm you help save the world from the axis and come home to get lynched for sitting in a segregated cafe'. I follow islam but I think it was said best " let he who is without sin cast the first stone". Just something to think about, and finally "Allah" is simply the islamic word for God; not another being. God is God.

I asked a question earlier asking for opinions on an outfit i was planning on wearing to wedding reception and this 1 idiot has now made me feel like sh1t!because i mentioned that i`m only 5ft and between a size 12/14 he though it fine to make nasty comments.ok i agree it`s not a great size to be but i`ve recently lost over a stone and will continue to do so,are all men as nasty as this?Do we all need to be stick insects to be attractive?I know i`m not ugly,i`m not drop dead either!!The worst part is i`m actually letting his remarks get me down!!

People make such nasty and biting comments to other people because their is a difference of opinion. It's no wonder we have so many wars.

The worst are those cowards, without a profile so we cannot debate them(you know who you are), who "hide" behind a computer and make insulting comments.

I have no idea what i want - job wise!!! I keep changing jobs all the time. I'll start a new job and within weeks/ months i'll be bored and fed up with the job. I end up taking loads of time off, which then ends up looking bad for new jobs.
And i hate the whole processes of looking for a new job, fillig out applications and going for interviews.

encounters someone seated without a ticket who wishes to pay the difference in fares. However, at least one of the standees is a 1st class ticket holder. What should the inspector do? Charge the excess fare or make the person vacate his seat so that someone who has already paid the 1st Class fare can sit down?
