C.S. Lewis said that if there were a way to avoid pain he would crawl through sewers to find it. He meant emotional pain; the worst of the worst. And he had once thought he could cope with such pain until he experienced it.
Heart pain is the most brutal torment in existence. I have had broken bones; the pain is minimal in comparison. I just endured some heart pain...I wanted the earth to open and swallow me just to end the misery.
This is what I taught my children:
Sticks and stones may break my bones,
But words can break my heart.
The heart heals but it never stops aching.

A broken heart has no long term effect but a broken bone has,so definitely broken bone is worse. I have had experienced both and let me tell you ,broken heart can easily be heal after you meet an attractive girl, but broken bone can't be heal even after you see a juicy bone. I think you got my point.

To me a broken heart is worse. A broken bone will mend in 6-8 weeks. It takes alot longer for a broken heart to mend.

A broken heart. It takes much longer, if ever, to heal. Broken bones heal and you forget about it. It's impossible to forget a broken heart.

a broken heart could possibly never heal. the pain of a broken bone can be fixed with painkillers. when you wake up you just take more, when you wake up and your heart is broken theres no poankiller in the world that can fix that. not even the presence of another can fix it cause all you want is what you had before.

A broken heart blackens your soul until you are oblivious to how you hurt yourself and others. It is very hard to mend. Bones have a specific healing time. So a heart is one thing a person would not want broken.

A broken heart becuase emotions are always hurt when you thought you were in love but it actually turns out that you weren't. Some people can never forget how hurt they were from a broken heart so they just go out and never making a serious commitment.

a broken heart is the worst i know for a fact bones heal quickly and they really dont hurt that much the heart may never heal and u cry every day afterwards ; (
