My son is turning one on Sept. 9 and we will be having a little family bbq to celebrate. My dad informed me that his SO's family will be flying in from the UK (no tickets have been purchased yet due to recent events) on the 8th and they are going out of state until the following weekend. Do I have the bbq anyway, since his actual birthday is on a Saturday, or do I push it back/move it forward one weekend? They've known for a while we were doing a celebration ON his birthday.

I hear red-necks all the time talking about how they hate college professors, scientists, doctors, writers; - basically anyone who holds a degree from a respectable Northern University/College. And these same people are coincidently Jesus Bible thumpin' freaks. Why is this so? Why do they think that its good to be stupid?

Yes I know new parents need to have fun but hire a babysitter and if you can't afford a babysitter maybe you should have thought before having kids!

I think they are taking this whole answers thing too seriously and it has become too precious to them, sometimes people need to know the answers to unusual questions; folk shouldn't be so judgemental!

Is it exhibited by species besides humans, particularly as they get closer to humans in the evolutionary spectrum? Why are there different chemical/hormonal balances in gay men than straight men? Why would anyone choose to go through the social hardships of being gay?

Ignoring the mandate of God (for Christians), as we should not impose our religion on others, what valid argument can there against homosexuality? The sanctity of marriage argument is illogical (divorce) and the reproduction argument is also incorrect (sterile couples).

I wan't to be unique and fun but they have restrictions on all clothing, right from the colour of hairbands to the sise of socks! the only thing they don't have a restriction on is backpacks as long as their not rude or offencive. I have bought this blue bag with a load of circles and patterns on it, i think it's really cool, but it isn't that...well...me!

i was just recently cussed out by an immigrant because i am a mexican american who does not speak spanish... does that make me less of a hispanic ?I know about my culture my grandmother told my parents i wouldn't need to know spanish and all my family only speaks english to each other

I mean take the internet I can chat to someone I've never met & prob. never will. Filmstars - we all know who they are and their private lives but they don't know us. I wanna know why more white men don't date non white women? Except for a Indian and one Filipino women most Of my friends are white women(I'm Brazilian), and Ive noticed that IMO they dont treat their husbands and boyfriends very good at all. They don't work yet they spend all their husbands money on themselves, force their family to take care of the kids or hire a nanny, and although they are my friends I must say they are also quite spoiled, arrogant, and argumentative. Now Im not saying all white women are like this but I see many beaten down and unhappy white men who stick with white women cause of family pressure that I just think its sad because just because your the same race doesnt mean you'll work out, you never know you might have better chemistry with a Brazilian, Filipino, or Indian women. Infact white men and Asian and Latina women are the most successful Interracial couplings, so white men give it a try

BTW, us non white women work hard, age gracefully, and stay in shape

My new neighbors kids are totally gross they pee in my yard all the time the littlest boy is 2 but he is reminded all the time that this is wrong and he tells me im not his boss . His brother is 4 and he does the same thing hes even pooped in the yard. Should I do more than confront his mother like call child protective services or somthin?
