Does evil come from inside people? Outside? Both? Neither? What is the implication for each of the above (in other words, how would each view alter/shape our perception of life/morality?)

I think evil comes from inside and out. It is easier to be evil (I know that sounds awful), but think about it--you don't have to teach a child to steal, you have to teach him not to steal. Goodness has to be taught or we are no better than animals--we would just lie, steal, fight, and kill to survive. I'm not talking about religion, but basic moral standards of behavior. So, the implication is, if a person has a tendency to be evil (inside), and there is no intervention or teaching (outside), the evil will grow and possibly be passed on to future generations.

Evil can be many things, but mostly anything that hurts anyone else. It can be in any of us, for no one knows what they will do in a given situation. As for Life n Morality...Try this quote by me:
"Do not worry about what others think or do, for you are not here to live by their standards, but live your life by YOUR standards and live by being a good example"

defining evil is like defining good, some actions are evil in nature or intent, some people can be considered evil for their actions, evil can be understood as a practise or mindset. When we are tempted and give in to that temptation evil is born and when evil is fully developed it gives birth to death.

Satan created evil and passed it on to man through Adam and Eve in The Garden of Eden. Now each man/woman has a sinful nature inherited from Adam and Eve. We are all innately sinful and have sin down in our heart and need our sins forgiven by Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ Is the Only Way To Heaven!
In The Holy Bible, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6. He meant “I am the only way to God the Father and to heaven”, “I am the only truth that you need to know.” and “I am the only spiritual life available to mankind.” In other words, “I am the only true and living God.”
All other so-called gods are false gods. They are not real. They do not exist. No other so-called god has the power to forgive, cleanse and remove all your sins from you to get you to heaven. They don't even claim to.
I pray you will believe this and accept the fact that you are a sinner needing to be saved from your sins (“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23, The Holy Bible.) and accept the fact that the blood Jesus Christ shed for you at Calvary is the only way you can have your sins forgiven, cleansed and removed and is the only way you can get to heaven. I pray you will acknowledge that you are a sinner and ask Jesus Christ to forgive, cleanse and remove all you sins and accept Him into your heart/life to live for Him the rest of your life. (“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” John 1:12, in the Holy Bible.) That is what it means to be born again. (“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3 in The Holy Bible.)
God loves you and it is not His will that you perish in hell.
(“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” II Peter 3:9 in The Holy bible.)

ignorance and apathy, these factors help others shape inaccurate ,stereotypical,self righteous biases which dehumanize others and allow them to delude themselves with hypocrisy while complacently witnessing or participating in acts of inhumanity and intolerance
morality is manmade bs and not as important as humanity
