Iron your feet? Now that would hurt!

When you say, press your feet, it is confusing as to know what you mean. If you need weights put on them, then go find something heavy. If you mean massage you feet, well if you have no one to do that, then go get a big container of warm water, Or fill the bath tub and use salt of epsoms salts in it. SOAK YOUR FEET !!!!! In Very Warm Water.

Have you any idea why your feet are hurting, until then, they say that your feet have points which in some way are connected to points on your body [ i know this to be true ! ] So treating your feet to a thorough massaging can make your whole body feel so much better, its nice to have someone who knows just where those sweet spots are

i know some reflexology, pressing your feet would help, i know what you mean. I would help you if your feet were here. If its painful on the underneath across the ridge you may have plantar fashitis which is really awkward to "fix" and takes time and money unless you do research yourself and teach someonr to do it for you x

Soak them in a foot spa with essential oils or failing that in a bucket with some table salt. Use cold or hot water depending on what type of ache it is and what works for you.

those little foot masage bath thingies are great but get one with a little thing for between your toes that's the absolute highlight!
