The only thing that separates all of us is time and space. Statistically we are are only something like 5-7 people away from knowing each other. So, just how different is everyone?

1. Religion?

2. Geographic location?

3. Do you love your family?

4. Do you cry when you are sad?

5. Do you hate war?

6. Do you believe that polititicians are to blame for the world's pain and that the people are simply their pawns?

I went to a contractor's bid meeting. There were 5 white guys and two black guys there. We were all sitting around a table and the two black guys happened to be sitting next to each other. They both had completely different shirts on. The leader of the meeting started off by offering his business card to everyone, and when he got to the two black guys he asked them if they were together. Is it just me or was that racism?

There are certain comment that I have made here criticizing Americans for certain reasons, but that doesn't mean I am a racist, because the reality is that I appreciate Americans but there are a couple of things that they have said that have offended me. I also feel that I have the freedom to express my self and say what I feel if others do to.

But there is a person in particular who has been harassing me sending me insulting messages, saying that I am a racist when he realy seems to be the true racist.

What can I do to stop being disrespected by him?

have you ever spent time with a woman after she has had an abortion? I have spent time with some very good friends of mine, this is what those 4 individual women felt.

They felt sick, horrified, and completely useless. They greived, were angry at themselves for getting into a situation that ultimately resulted in abortion. They cried, and wept, and screamed. They lay emotionally exhausted on their beds or couches while friends helped them through a very very difficult time with compassion and empathy. They judged themselves harshly. In the end they felt sadness and regret.

If you are a christian do you think that by shouting scripture at a woman as she goes into or out of an abortion clinic will really change their minds? Is it your perception that women have abortions simply for the fun of it, do you think they go out and celebrate afterwards? What makes your behavior acceptable?

At what point did it become acceptable to call a person White Trash. As a black man, I find this very offensive!! I always ask people not to say that around me, but some people feel it is okay to call someone that or a redneck because they are white themselves. It is not. It is the same as dropping the N word to a black man, or calling an Asian person a Ch%^... it is never okay. People who are pregidous against one culture will eventually include yours in their hate. Would you let someone call one of your black friends a N'.... no, so why would you let them call a white person it's equivalent??

some counties in parts of the south are dry, that is, the sale of alcohol is prohibited. in other places, it's strictly regulated.

of course any decision is ultimately up to local authorities, but what's your opinion? is it worth it to continue to prohibit alcohol sales in some places? should economic factors override traditions or local customs? should wal-mart get involved? why or why not?
