I guess I didn't realize there were. I am completely for gay rights, however I don't think the school system is a proper place to form a group based on anybody's sexuality, or orientation. Schools should be for LEARNING only.

In my high school we had a gay-straight alliance club, and I have no problems with it. Since people are born gay, it isn't encouraging people to adopt homosexual attractions, and it fosters kindness to people you may not understand. Really, its about as offensive as the chess club.

Waste of tax dollars and serve no purpose in our educational system. What do these groups do, sit around and talk about the best way to nuzzle it in the A?

i think its ok, but there aren't "Straight Clubs" or anything so its a bit random

For college its okay but for high school I'm not sure
