I say in order to join our country they should have to learn our language, and join our military. I also think there may be a conspiracy going on with our boarder patrol. How are so many getting into the country? I watched a video the other day of Mexicans jumping fences, and just running across the boarder like it was nothing. No one there to stop them. What would you do about illegal immigrants?

I am an OU student writing a project which deals with how people who work/live in rural areas view London and its affect on their sense of identity. Also the reverse, how people who work/live in London view rural areas and its affect on their sense of identity. I posted a question regarding Denmark and Copenhagen recently as this is the other country I am using for my project. Sadly, as yet, no ex-pat Danes have seen the question and replied.

I found out accidentally though an email that my daughter has consulted not only one psychic, but is on her second after the first "took her $40,000." I need to know how to bring my daughter to the table to fess up and face this problem. She is aware I'm aware but does not know I have all the details.

My daughter is single, lonely and turning to psychics for answers. I know, dumb, a no-brainer. I don't need the attitude. I am worried about her as her health is fragile and she is gainfully employed, but probably neither will hold for long. No one else to turn to. We are in our 60's and are floored by this.

I got hold of the 800 # of the psychic and left a message with the word "fraud" in it and am expecting a phone call back today. It will probably never come. What retribution may be available? Authorities? I could commit my daughter or tie her up. (kidding) Maybe slap her.

I'm not from here, I came here to work. Any question regarding the Middle East seems to be met with the opinon that somehow the Middle East is a backward, hateful, God forsaken place that is very hot and full of oppression.

It isn't.

I have found the Arabs I've met to generally be some of the better educated, more open minded, generous and genuinely pleasant individuals I've met.

The women are covered, in different degrees, but then they aren't oppressed by this any more than women in the west are objectified and oppressed by the proliferation of porn and societal norms.

The city I live in is extremely wealthy, extremely advanced, one of the safest in the world, with nearly zero crime, no litter and excellent services.

So what's the deal? If you're so convinced that the ME is backward, why not travel a few miles from Boise and see for yourself?

well I searched for loads of jobs , given my cvs to loads of places , had helped with my cv went to agency but I get no job,

and im not lazy im very hard working and did well at college and even for a while took a job there, but I want a job somewhere I cant get it ,im 21 what should I do I feel like giving up , I have a life too you know

We are told to drive less and travel less 4 the sake of environment. But in reality the arsenal industry and the frequent flying of military airplanes are the main source of pollution not just the individual cars.

A young boy is thought to be abducted by a pediofile in Sask. This man has been jailed at least four times for this very offense !!! i think there is something very wrong with the justice system if this is allowed to happen over and over. Is there something wrong with my way of thinking? The law makers who are supposed to know what they are doing allow this man and others like him back on the street time and time again.

I've tried getting a job last summer but whenever I give in C.V or application forms, no one ever contacts me. Which in my book is worst then actual rejection because at least I'd know why i haven't got a job. I am getting so bored at home and I'd love the money coming in. Whats thepoint of getting good GCSE results if people don't take you seriously. ?My family keep nagging me now, a job would be good for my confidence and so on. But I don't want one for them I want it for me. Also now my cousin has a job I'd feel likeI was copying her. Should, I get a job and how do you go about it? I'm 17 and at college full time.
