Same way we fight homophobia, chauvinism, and all those abuses against the so-called minorities. We women, for example, have proved men wrong about their misconceptions of our intelligence and such. We have shown them we don't need them as much as they thought. Racism? Homophobia? Pointless to argue with a narrow-mind. They'll never understand anyway. Just show them how ignorant they are by becoming a better person. Maybe they never get to see it, but it will satisfy yourself to see your progress VS their being left behind. I can speak of it because I'm three times minority: Hispanic, female, and single mother. Ignorants exist because we chose to hear them. Oblivion is the key to obliteration. If you chose to ignore them instead, they'll have no power over you.

In a hundred years everyone will be the same color and that may end racism, but then a other type of "ism" will develop. Its man's nature to have conflict.

Laws with harsh punishments and then actually enforce them? That's a good question, I'm not really sure.

we cant, the only way is to get absolutely everyone to see eye to eye which is virtually impossible
