Do you believe there once existed an advanced civilisation that possess advanced technology that has been lost? Some people believe there was such an advanced civilization that was somehow destroyed, perhaps Atlantis or perhaps the Great Flood. This civilisation would possessed advanced equipment such as jet planes, computers, spacecrafts, etc.

Do you think such an advanced civilisation could have existed?

Why do you think their advanced equipment was not left behind for us?

My husband and I broke the wishbone and the top part stayed together and we both ended up with a small part. Who wins? Or do we grab on to the little stumps still there and pull again?? Never seen this happen before and cant find any info in searches. Thanks!!

My mother used to say that it was bad luck to spill salt and the way to prevent bad luck was to throw salt over your shoulder. Here's my question for anyone who's familiar with this superstition.

Which shoulder do you throw the salt over?

My daughter and I were talking about superstitions recently and neither of us knew the answer, but I'm pretty sure I heard that it was one shoulder or the other, not whichever you prefer.

Im looking for a cool clan name in the terms of Dynasty or Spartan. I just need 1 word that sounds original. For example if my clan is called Dynasty then all the memebers will have username like this- Dynasty_the end is what ever the choose....

About 14 years ago, I was told that yellow lighters are bad luck. I have since then heard stories about bad things happening to people while carrying a yellow lighter, is this true? I'll let you be the judge of that.

When I was little my mom and dad always said what do you want from santa? So easily I told them, as I grew older to an adult I continue to ask my mom is Santa real? She says yes, I think she still considers me a child who should believe in him but it feels childish now that I am an adult. So, do you guys know if he's real?

i had a really strange dream last night which upset me alot. basically i have 3 kids and in my dream i was in a room (well a space with 4 brick walls) and my three kids were in 3 rooms around me. there were 3 doors. 1 leading to each of my kids then all of a sudden there were zombie/monsters everywhere. basically my in my dream i could only save one of my kids and obviously i couldnt choose. when the zombies closed in i woke up.


any ideas what that dream was all about????????
it has really spooked me!

So I recently visited the USS Hornet, one of the most haunted ships in america, it was at night, i couldn't go inside, but just outside in the boarding area or whatever i could hear really loud knocking on the staircases like someone trying to get my attention, and of course there wasn't anyone there to knock on them. The sound stopped, and assuming there was an entity I decided to ask him questions, one of which was "are you stuck here" and told him to make specific knocks corresponding to a yes or no, and sure enough I got a "yes" answer. And btw, The ship was completely still and the steel was too heavy in place for anything to possibly make those knocking sounds. So then are ghosts truly stuck in the place of their death? I don't see why they can't just leave and explore. I want a serious answer for this from someone who has read a lot on this subject

Hello there!,

a mate of mine is really into the Bizzzare stuff and urban legends most likely in magic things but really doesnt practice it just knows alot about the subject one day i heard her mention something called a dalfergaunger (i think that what it is and im not sure if i spelled it right) I was told that there was two sides of a person a good side and a bad side more of a demon kinda thing Im not really sure and that a dalfergaunger was basicly the demon part of a person my question is this is where did this all started im wanting more info on this and its really big bugging me for year even though im a christian. what is it in general? does anyone heard of this before?

I, personally, believe it is more of a battle between Chaos and Order - not good or evil. After all, the "Giants", who represent the raw elements themselves (Chaos) are buffered by the gods (Order). In Ragnarok, the "Giants" and the gods are against eachother - Chaos and Order. Loki is a god of Chaos, and Surt reminds me of uncontroled fire (more Chaos) Besides, I cannot view my ancestors in Helheim (whom are supposed to follow Hel whom follows her father, Loki) as "evil".
