Hi there!
sailortinkitty, I think you must be referring to the innumerable Fluffy Bunnies (pretenders, play at being witches) and there are far too many of them if you ask me. It gives real witches a bad name.
Now to answer your question:
Yes, I do believe in witchcraft. Why? Because I am a practicing witch! This has been my lifestyle for over 40 years. And my spells work about 98% of the time.
The Fluffy Bunnies who play at being witches have no idea of what it truly is. It is not just something you do when you need to shock someone or try to get attention, it is something that a true witch lives 24/7. it is a way of life, not just a passing thing.

There is a difference between believing something to exist and having faith in its propriety. Moses had to contend with the magic of Pharaoh's priests and there are many references throughout the Bible that speak of sorcerers and witchcraft. Choose ye this day whom ye will serve.

As far as believing in it I don't practice it and stay far from it. It is absolutely real in the physical world. Believe me, many things are possible with evil spirits. I believe so because I have experienced an unforgettable experience involving the passage of time through whatever or whoever would give me the ability as I requested in my plane (billion dollar machines are not even necessary for such evil). God will provide exactly what we need but may seem boring or unnoticeable to some but God's will does not harm. Its out there and has been for centuries. Do not touch, do not look, and stay your own path.

As a religious practice, yes. As a means of personal spiritual growth, absolutely. As a method of accessing deep psychological archtypes in the human psyche, sure. But as a method of manipulating external events through paranormal (i.e. magical) forces, no way.

Simple answer! I have a very open mind. I'm sure there are many things mere humans don't understand. Science strives to understand and explain the "inexplicable" but it doesn't succeed all the time!

I don't believe in it anymore than I believe the sun will rise, or that rocks are hard, or water is wet, etc. - I simply accept that is the way things work, I just do it - belief is irrelevant.
