I would like to know in Pagan or Native ways the meaning of this. On two totally separate occasions a week apart. I have seen a Monarch butterfly on the ground on my daily walks. He always is struggling and will go on my finger/hand if I present it to him. I have a "idea" what this could mean but would like to see if anyone has any other insightful or similar answers.

I mean a generic word for such a creature.
Examples would be: centaur, harpy, sphinx etc.
I know there's a word - I found it in my thesaurus a while back, but can't remember how I got there, and can't find it again :-(

I just find myself having these dreams where I cry for things like my son drowning, or my husband leaving.

I'm not talking about in a game. Any thing in mythology or the bible on killing a demon, specifically a succubus? It's for a script.

Many people claim they have seen a ghost, when I was younger I swear I saw one or at least something that I can not explain otherwise. Please share your experience if you have because you are not alone.

I’m asking this because I notice there seems to be a huge disdain for anything spiritual. What’s the demographic of the abovementioned crowd? Any idea? Would these be atheists; or people who haven’t come of age yet and who haven’t yet discovered the spiritual? Or would they be people who do have a religion (officially), but who don’t have an interest in it? Is Atheism more widespread than I thought? Oh, and by the way, this is not a forum. The forum section is spelt f-o-r-u-m. I’m just gathering information here. Don’t curse me, lest it return to you.

If I sell my soul to the devil but cheat him out of it, as so many folk heroes do, would I go to heaven? Or does cheating even the devil just put another mark next to my name in St. Peter's big book?
What do you think and why?

I had a dream that I was under a building or house. The ceiling was at least 6 to 8 feet high. There were a lot of dirt mounds around. One stood out to me very much. The mound was at least 6 feet high and there was a giant hole at the top. I looked around and then looked back to the hole. When I turned around to the hole, I saw a giant light brown copperish color snake. It kinda looked like a copperhead mixed with a corba. As I looked closer, the snake was lifting up one of my friends into his mouth. I could see an almost sad face on my friend. The thing is, my friend has been dead for almost 4 years. I watched as the snake just swallowed him whole. The the snake hissed at me and went down the hole. I heard people shouting at me to get the snake or kill the snake. I suddenly found myself with a small bazooka type or an RPG type weapon. I loaded the weapon with small rocket like projectiles. I then jumped up and started swinging around the basement by my arms with the weapon in my hand. I fired off a shot at the snake and it exploded at the hole. I saw the snake come up one more time and then it went back in the hole again. I had a sense of terror, but a sense of determination to kill the snake. I was swinging around like crazy trying to kill it, but just as I was about to fire off another shot, I woke up in my bed. I tried to go back to sleep to finish the dream, but I couldn’t do it. I felt helpless in saving my friend. Even though he is gone, I still wanted to save him. What does this mean?

King Arthur was the shizzznitt! I always liked King Arthur ever since I was a kid and loved reading about Knights of the Round Table. He's my favorite warrior all time. I don't even read or watch movies like Alexander the Great, Troy, etc. Napoleon, Caesar, Sir Lancelot, etc. don't have nothing on my boy...King Arthur! Any King Arthur fans on the Yahoo Answers and is he your favorite warrior all time?
