Well, if we are doing a " real or otherwise" comparison of Great leaders, then yes, King Arthur would have my vote.
Here is a man born a prince, but raised a peasant. Had everyone pretty much looking down on him, except Merlin. He found a very nice magic sword and defended his land with it. Now, since he had the sword that made him king in his hand, he had the option of being a total Tyrant. But no, He chose to unify Great Britain in bring it into a glorious era.
Even in the end, when he was out manned and out maneuvered, he still fought with all of his heart to same his people. Yes, as leaders go, he is a legend.

OK so you have a thing for King Arthur( the last of the pagan kings and the first of the Christian kings in England). But there have been many other Great warriors in the past that rival him.
Greatness is comparative and subject to personal thoughts.

Check out Gilgamesh, Alexander the Great, Milo of Krotana, David, etc. You need to expand your reading and your comprehension of history. At this time King Arthur is basically a man based on a myth. No one has ever proved he was real. Sort of like Robin Hood.

Actually he was an actual person a Celtic chieftain. The thing is that the King Arthur you know from popular tales is not the same as the historical chieftain. But as the character of the fictional folk tales yes he was something else.

The 2nd greatest warrior for me all time is a three way tie between Ogun and Sango. Mojuba ile baba Sango. Mojuba ile baba Ogun.
Arthur has nothing on them.
The greatest warrior of all time is he that created all other warriors.
Mojuba ile Olodumare (GOD)
