I`ve heard some pretty wierd and funny Last Names lately and could not believe the names, Bloodsaw, Funkinstien, Turnip -Green, Snodgrass,.......etc. How do people select Family Names, Do you know ?

mine is: "my baby daddy"
"baby mamma drama"
"wut up cuzz?"
"how it be?"

but the worst is diffinitely "that my baby mamma"...dont you just want to shoot someone when you hear that....that....that...sorry excuse for wasteing breath sentences????

Sacques res Bleux (pronounced "sock ray blue") I don't even know if I am spelling it correctly or if it's even a real word/sentence. It was used on tv shows and movies as a french interjection.

I am not saying just here in the U.S.A I mean where ever you go. when I went to Germany with the army I learned at least conversional german.Why do people expect the rest of the world to make it easier on them when they will make no attempt t omeet anyone else half way. At this rate there should be only one language recognised world wide so that there is one less thing to be angry over...

I can speak coversational BD, but can only read or write a little of it. I want to surprise my friend....who tries very hard to communicate with me in English, by translating a poem for her birthday.

Does anyone have any ideas? All I can find are translation services which either charge loads or don't deal with such small problems.....Thank you

I can't afford Berlitz and Inlingua. I've taken the Pimsleur method, but that only gets me so far. I work so living somewhere else for an extended period isn't an option unfortunately.
