I am a straight guy, but most of my friends at school are girls. i seem to get along with them better. Girls, when you see a guy who has a lot of girl friends and hangs with them, does that turn you off and/or do you think he's gay?

thanks

Nowruz is an ancient celebration marking the arrival of the New Year. For millions of people around the world who trace their heritage to Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, Pakistan, India, and Central Asia, Nowruz is a celebration of life and an opportunity to express joy and happiness through visiting family and friends, exchanging gifts, and enjoying the beauty of nature.

Said GEORGE W. BUSH last year!

We must Show NOWRUZ to all of people in the world &
+++ Everyone would know our Great ancient!!++++

We can Do It!!

Carnival (fashing) which is celebrated all over Europe and Mardi Gras which is celebrated in the United States. I have been to Mardi Gras twice before and this is my first year living in The Netherlands and I am seeing many similarities, but was wondering more.

I think it's VERY corrupted that Black history month is in February (the shortest month of the year) When MLK b-day is in Jan(the beginning of the year.) Let's face it, because of slavery African Americans really started this country and economy before it became abolished. Why should we not have a FULL month of our history! I read a similiar question to mine and it said because Abe Lincoln's b-day is this month and HE abolished slavery. Don't be fooled by my avatar. I'm NOT a dumb pothead. For the record Abraham Lincoln really only abolished slavery in the North. To get more votes because he knew if some slaves were set free and became LEGAL citizens he could get more votes. He didn't push for freedom in the south. Did U know that slavery didn't offically end until 1928? Don't believe me? Well look it up:) http://www.archives.state.al.us/thisweek/chrono.html Yet, we have Columbus Day and he was a idiot who didn't discover anything!!!! LOL. To me this country, is still RACIST

This year, it's set to start on March 11th, 2007 at 2am to spring forward one hour. The end date to fall back will be November 4th, 2007 at 2am. February 2007 is NOT a Leap year so why has the date been changed? Didn't we used to change on or around April 22, depending on if it was a Sunday or not, then fall back later in November after Veteran's Day?

I'd love to re-create this cherished childhood memory, but I need more information.

Is that all there is? Pancakes with sugar and lemon? What about side dishes? Beverages? Rituals?

I need a great pancake recipe, and insight into how this is celebrated. Thanks for your help! : )

I will be going to a Lundy Gras funtion( Lundy Gras is the day before mardi Gras).
I will be costumed as Mozart in a purple velvet coat, purple vest & purple tight knee breeches and a white powdered wig with a pony tail and black bow.

What makeup, if any, should i wear with his costume?
