Stay simple. Invite some good friends to your house, put some music if you wanna dance, have some drinks, appetizers, a cake.....or you can have just a girl's night, rent some movies, and watch them eating pizza, pop corn and having fun.
Congrats!

Hello,

Well, I do not know you at all so I shall keep my answer generic.

Best thing you could do for your 18th birthday is make a resolve. Many countries consider 18 years as legal age for defining whether one is a child or an adult. Given that, you should start planning life that lies ahead of you. Try to figure out what career you would want to pursue. Talk to your peers. Think of all the negative qualities that you should put an end to. List out the positive ones you should embrace.

It does not mean you should start "behaving old". Fun and games remain but try looking at life with a different perspective. Puerile pranks do sometimes add color to life and are a good way to de-stress.

About celebrating your birthday, instead of spending your time and money on booze and smoke and partying try to feed some poor, hungry kids. Write a cheque to to organization that helps the poor, refugees, oppressed, diseased and starved people of the world who have no one to help. Thank Almighty God for having given you another year of "normal" life. Try finding God if you haven't already.
