Well my Dad use to say never put your decor up before 12 of December or you will have bad luck.
So I did yesterday and all the lights blew up...so I guess I will wait. And go shopping again for more lights....

I want to know what happened to christmas?
It is advertised everywhere as holiday now!
Why did they take word Christmas away!!!!!
Not to mention the Christmas movies today does not have the same meaning the advertisings of christmas does'nt
I know time changes but some things need left alone....

I dont know what to do for New Years Eve....last time we didnt have a plan, my mum, dad, husband and i went to a restaurant....we left about 10pm and them came home...there wasn’t anything on tv and my boring hubby was tired and so went to bed!
We stayed up and watched a film and then at midnight i woke him up so we could sing in the new year....then after that we all went to bed!!!! It was the worst New Years ever!
Well this year is approaching fast and we dont have any plans so far....i dont want a repeat of last time, but i cant find anywhere that are advertising for a new years do.....
I live about 30 minutes for Cambridge, and 30 minutes from Stansted Airport, ( Very close to Bishops Stortford)
If anyone has any ideas id be very grateful!
