What is the one gift you really really really hope someone gets you this year??
Me i am simple. I really really really want a pair of Uggs, Nickeleback tickets, an iTunes gift certificate, and a magazine subsription to Shape magazine.

The first two answers were for the troops to come home and of course I want them to come home and be with their families, but this si a light, fun question so can we please keep the answers light and fun!!!

I got what I wanted 2 weeks leave, I am a nurse and sometimes have to work but I saved my annual leave to spend it with my parents in Ireland who are getting older. What more do you need but to be with family and the ones you love.
Plus I would love my hubby to get me a new car!!

the only present i want for Christmas (REALLY) is for our troops to come home for Christmas. because it's not likely to happen, i'll settle for the safety of all our troops until this war in iraq comes to an end.
my spirit can't begin to know the pain of losing someone to this war. i don't believe in war; especially this one in iraq. i feel the american government is spending too much money to fight a foreign conflict. this money could be put to bettter use here in the United States to:
end poverty
provide universal health/dental/eye care
improve our educational systems
immediately be ready to meet the demands of people in our country who experience disaster
the bottom line is, for Christmas i would like to see a JUST american government and society.

Uhmm, for Chrismas this year. I'd like to wish everyone, and anyone a Happy Holiday. I've tried this little experiment to say hi, and Happy Holiday's to just about anyone I see. And well... so far it's been rewarding.
Anywhoo.. stepping off my soap box.
I'd like to have p.j's, and slippers, and well... a expensive mixer, considering I love to bake.
