I have been with my b/f for three years also and I am happy no matter what he gives me but he pleases me most when he gets something that means something to both of us. So think of something that would have a significant meaning to you and her and get that for her. She will love it I promise

snow globe or an ornament, make a cd with her fav songs, stocking with some stocking stuffers...cute socks, candy, earrings, stuffed animal, peanuts...
A nice watch, christmas flowers, buy her a small x-mas tree and decorate it or decorate her living room/apt with x-mas decorations and suprise her..
