Im throwing a surprise sweet sixteen for my little sister.....i dont know where to start...i need a good theme for it....she is very picky when it come to the way she looks and things she does...im having a hard time

How about a 1950's theme. It's very elegant and there are a lot of styles that have come back. Plus you can get very creative with it.

How about a princess theme? What girl doesnt like to be treated like a princess? Make it a costume party, all the guests are to dress up like knights and princesses. To make it even better for your sister, since it is her party, have her dress up like the queen.

Hawaii! get the grass shirts.. coconut cups.. you can get most the stuff from the dollar store and the kids love it. i did it for a member of my family and it went over great.. Good Luck :)
