My Mom has Alzheimers and is in the nursing home. My side of the family doesn't seem very excited about getting together anymore. What can I do to make it more fun? I am having it at my house. I was thinking of things like stealing gift game or as seen on tv gift exchange. I am thinking more for the adults. The kids always have a great Christmas. Plus I am not thinking of the Christian Aspect. We will be doing that ON Christmas Eve and Christmas. I just want a fun family celebration that would make my Mom proud.

I work in Landscaping and have a few men that work for me- all H2B type workers. One has family here, the rest do not.
I've seen them shrug their shoulders / give away gift cards for places like Home Depot-- so I'd like to give something they'd appreciate / enjoy.
Suggestions??

My mom is a great mom. She turns 50 next week and I don't know what to get her. Her job is blue-collar so she doesn't wear fancy stuff to work and rarely wears make-up and jewelry. This is a special birthday so I'm not sure what to get her. Any ideas?

Ok I am about to turn 18 Dec.26 and im renting a Mariott Penthouse Suite and its a bi-level suite. its gonna b 10 ppl there(couples only). I just wanted to know some events that i could do. I was thinking of Body shots,jello shots(w. liquor), maybe a movie and idk what else HELP ME PLZ!!! We drink and on my b-day we might (maybe) smoke some weed(i doubt it but 2-3 of the guys smoke and who knows)

Legally? Im a full time college student and with the Holidays approaching Im afriad Im not going to be able to buy everyone I love what I had in mind.

I have enough money to buy stuff for my family but i don't know what to get them!
Mom- mid 40s, likes nice-looking but not extravagent things. Doesn't like things that she won't use everyday.
Dad- mid 40s likes golf but we get him golf stuff every yea rand he likes simple but useful things.
Sister- teen, likes electronics (ipods etc) and clothes(American Eagle, Claires etc.), but the expensive ones (i'm talkin' $100-$300!)
