My girlfriend lives far away from me. Even if I fly, it'll take me 24 hours to go there. I havent seen her for last 13 months. But we love each other more than anything else and we still talk for at least two hours a day. We're together for last seven years. I cant even think of any other girl but her. There's no way to send her a gift on this valentine. But I must do something. What should I do?

im thinking about getting her some chocolates and the desperate housewives dvd(2nd season is only 30 bucks at target). and maybe bringing home some red lobster for dinner. the only problem is that i dont have a lot of money. should i 1) just splurge and get all three or 2)skip red lobster. maybe she is gonna cook a romantic meal. 3) skip the chocolates and just order dinner and give her the dvd.

Ok My husband and I were kind of late with getting wedding rings and decided to wait a while so we got matching tattoo's.. I'm 27 and have been in a long distance relationship for 3 months. We see each other every weekend. I'm suppose to arrive at his home on Friday but have changed it to Thursday to surprise him. For Valentine's Day, I got him two cards... one funny and one serious... a love letter... I'm baking chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter balls, and brownies. I do not cook or bake at all so this is a first for me. I also printed off a picture of us and framed it. I have the champagne, glasses, and candles. You know were that will lead too. Do you think this is enough? I feel like I need to get something else. I'm not comfortable in lingerie so I will not be doing that but I do have something special picked out. Any other suggestions or do you think this is enough?

Okay, so we all know that V-Day is coming up and I've been with my b/f for over two years. Im not really expecting a lot, I just really love the cliched valentine's gifts. I know my b/f is not rich and I am not expecting diamond jewelry or anything, but sometimes his gifts are a little cheap. Last year he got me a dozen roses from a fundraiser at his school. And I was fine with that, in fact I was thrilled because it was more than the usual one rose. Then when i got them they were kind of wilted and smooshed, I guess it was because the people who put them together weren't professional's. They died the next day. I was okay with that and I didn't say anything because I didnt want to hurt his feelings, this year he's getting me the same thing again from his school. I was really hoping to get daisies or some other type of flower from a aflower shop. I dont need the expensive $50 dollar rose bouquet, I just want something a little special. I found out that he bought me a $5 box of candy

I don't get it why does so many people like Valentine? To make other people feel loved or to feel loved. I don't get it, if you want to make someone feel loved do it in a plane old day. Not on a day when a lot of other people do it.
