Ok, my bf who I love so much is Latino(Salvadorian) and I'm Black Creole. Whenever we go out we always get angry stares and rude comments from a lot of Black folks especially Black guys. The same thing happen to my buddy who was going out with this really pretty white girl from Ireland. All of these Black chicks were trying to pick fights and arguements with him just because he was dating a white girl. Why are so many Black people so against interracial relationships? Don't they know that 80% of Black Americans are mixed themselves.

I'm really interested in japanese culture and i will also learn how to speak it in the near future. but what I'm worried about is do japanese people like americans? do they hate us our something? I just dont want to put all this effort into it and then find out they all still hate americans.

I think most people in my community are very open-minded, it’s very diverse. However, Being a Mexican we tend to use adjectives to refer to each other that may seem like insults to everyone one else. For example, most of us call each other fatty (gordis), black one (negrita/o), brown one (Moreno/a), curly haired (chino), skinny, old, light skinned one, one that looks like an Indian, the list goes on. We use these adjectives with each other as terms of affection, but a few of my friends, especially those who are not Latino and are just learning Spanish, can’t seem to relate. A few have told me we are just being mean to each other in a passive aggressive manner.

from where im from, I seen newport with most black folks? is that true in ur city too?..im not white or black..but as much as i like smoking a newport...newport just makes me sick..every once awhile..but not all the time..marlboro for whites/cowboys..newports for the hood..so what is the deal wit that??..my question is black folks dont always smoke newports?

I had a discussion with a classmate about it. He was against it. I had my ears done when I was only a few months old. I’m grateful because I cannot remember the pain, and I got wear pretty earrings from an early age. However, I am Mexican. All the Mexicans I know do this. Another friend of mine says that she thinks it’s a way for a family to celebrate the femininity of their daughters, I find this true. I do not think it is any worse then circumcision. I mean, if the girl does not want earrings any more she can take them off. I think it’s a little harder to get things back to the way they were with circumcision. What do you think?
