It seems to me that black people always have something to say about what someone else is doing or how someone else is conducting their life, but when they are making those comments, I wonder if they look at themselves.
I know someone who was going out with a Spanish guy (she is black) and every time they were together, the black folks always had something to say. They would ask her why she couldn't stick to her "own kind" and things like that.
Now, as we all know, there are ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS to any rule and this one is included, but what I have noticed is that most black people don't treat their companions well in the first place. Most of them use and abuse (in various ways) whom they are with and their main focus is what they can get out of the relationship. It could be one partner or both doing the same thing.
So, if black men won't/don't treat their women with the respect they deserve and vice versa for the black women, the question would be why SHOULD they stick to their "own kind" under these circumstances? The attitude then becomes: "If black men/women won't be faithful, take care of their responsibilities and give the respect deserved, then the women/men will go out with someone who will - regardless of their race." This applies to EVERY race, but I stuck to black because that is the race the question is about.

I've heard some black men talk about how white women are nicer and more passive and make better partners than black women ,some black women think that all black men are bad fathers, criminals and unreliable so they marry men of other races thinking they would do right by them.Because of our history , there is bigotry towards each other within our group alot of selfhate far to many of us still see our selves through other peoples eyes (negatively) so we would rather work for, with, hire and socialise with other races thinking they are more capable and worthy than people like ourselves. This thinking is so deep within us some of us say it out loud because we think it is okay to look down on ourself. We live in communities surrounded by our selves in our own little world and when children hear these thoughts being expressed they develop negative views of themselves thus continuing the cycle.Another reason is beauty standards, black women are frustrated not jealous that we do not fit the overall european standards, black men are chasing it down so black women are lightening their skin and straightening their hair to keep up, yet it still doesn't work because of the negative ideas about the bad attitudes and behavior that we are all supposed to have for example, were all waiting on a man to take care of us, just because we want to wait for a man with ambition and a good job, the same security all other women want, but they think we don't deserve it.
This is why when people see interacial couples they make assumptions based on these negative belief systems, they assume 'that that black man is with that white woman because he thinks she is better than me',they assume the union is superficial, when the two people they see can just be two people in love! ,unfortunately love never enters their minds. People always talk of the negativity with black people especially black men, if black women excel more than black men say in the U.S. ,then why do so many 'positive black men' marry outside their race when people of other races contrary to what people want to believe do not marry out side of their race as frequently, even if some date interacially ( I've observed this with some Indians where I live, they date interacially but when it's time for marriage they marry an Indian and their parents are not always involved, does this make them racist? ), so why do you say that black people are against interacial relationships and are jealous, when we probably date interacially more than anyone else, "most of us are all mixed anyway". saying we all get jealous is making a generalized statement about all of us, a form of bigotry, not because it is said to your own group doesn't make it okay. Try to under stand yourself before you put yourself down.

Ignore the FEW people that give rude stares and comments. Most of us think you're beautiful or don't care. I am black and seeing diversity doesn't bother me one bit: I love it and know hundreds of people who feel the same. Let the energy of the negative ones die before it hits you. Give em no power whatsoever!

i think black guys do it worst than black girls they trip so much if a black girl is with another race yet 99% percent of the time they are with a non-black girl. I don't get them. I've seen a black guy with a white girl stare & say rude things with a black girl with a white dude. BLACK GUYS ARE STUPID.

I suggest it's the across the board and color doesn't matter. It just seems that way to you since you are so deeply involved.
