He is my girlfriend's ex. they have joint custody of her little girl, but he has physical placement. Ever since the papers were signed though, he has given her to her mother (my gf) for 6 days a week. The only time he wants anything to do with his daughter is when he knows it's something that will adversely affect my gf. He keeps this child in the kitchen area of a pizza shop 13 hrs a day when he has her and then in a pool hall until 3 am, and the child is just 5 yrs old. We have gone to the family courts about it, but they seem to be in no hurry to deal with it (plus he has friends in the court system) also the social services have investigated and found no problems, because when they show up he just plays nice. So matters are left in our hands now. I want him to lose everything, his home, his pizza shop, his pool hall and his daughter. I feel I need the help of an organization that stands up against just this sort of thing.

Why does everybody blame America for slavery? American's were on their way TO America, Stopped by Africa. Purchassed a product that Africans were selling, had been selling. Which happend to be other Africans they were hunting down putting chains on making into slaves and selling, and American's happened to buy, so why is it Americans fault? Wouldn't that make it African's fault. And it happened so long ago why cry about it now, life is better in America than Africa isn't it? If you had a choice?

I swear every time I turn around someone always says something about us:


being on welfare
having kids outta wedlock
having an attitude
being overtly aggressive
being unattractive unless we are mixed
and the list goes on...

I'm not gonna lie there are a lot of black woman like that but not all of us are.

I'm a good mostly mellow person. I don't have an attitude or 5 different baby daddys. I'm not only concerned with only partying and sex. I like to concentrate on my studies(sometimes) though I may not be the smartest person. My family also lives in a decent neighborhood and is doing okay and is not on welfare.

There are plenty other people like me so whats the deal.

I'm not talking about some wanna-be thugs, so no racist crap, please. I'm talking about Black men who work for a living and dress casual. What is it with people that when Black men apporach someone, they act all scared. It sickens me. Can anyone explain this in a NON-RACIST manner?
