He is my girlfriend's ex. they have joint custody of her little girl, but he has physical placement. Ever since the papers were signed though, he has given her to her mother (my gf) for 6 days a week. The only time he wants anything to do with his daughter is when he knows it's something that will adversely affect my gf. He keeps this child in the kitchen area of a pizza shop 13 hrs a day when he has her and then in a pool hall until 3 am, and the child is just 5 yrs old. We have gone to the family courts about it, but they seem to be in no hurry to deal with it (plus he has friends in the court system) also the social services have investigated and found no problems, because when they show up he just plays nice. So matters are left in our hands now. I want him to lose everything, his home, his pizza shop, his pool hall and his daughter. I feel I need the help of an organization that stands up against just this sort of thing.

Go to the local KKK store front, most are between Domino's and the Piggly Wiggly, drop in, and ask the Grand Poopa if you could rent the Klan for a rally at the time and date you'd like to schedule. A burning cross will cost extra. I'm sure it will do wonders for the child and the courts will probably remove all contact with the mother because of it. But what a fabulous idea! Really, sounds like the court needs to remove custody from both of them. Don't procreate please!

I don't know who sickens me more. Him or You. You want to call the Klan in? Maybe you'd better stick a cross in my front yard then, I'm italian and since this dirtbag of a father is italian you think it's necessary. And what makes you think your fit to raise a child with a mindset like that? Quite frankly you'd be worse.... think about it.... you would teach an innocent child to hate. There are two words in the english language that are so powerful wars have been fought for both..... love and hate. Grow up before you ever entertain the notion of reproducing.

She could take him back to court and get new custody arraingements based on child neglect or endangerment. The Klan is not a good answer, because the Klan won't like the kid either.

Yeah . . . about that . . . the Klan is NOT where you want to start!
Find an attorney. Make repeated anonymous calls to Family Services. Document the days your GF has her daughter religiously. Document the days he has her daughter and where they are (if you are positive of the times and locations).

I don't think the Klan is your answer. Try finding a new lawyer. If one does not work out, try another. Keep trying. Sooner or later, the system will work for your g/f. Really.
