The reason i am asking this question is because God created adam & eve to be one flesh, and becoming gay (i belive you are not born gay) is part of this evil curse satan has among this hearth

I am not against those that disagree with the lifestyle of homosexuals. I don't care what the majority's opinion is. I just don't understand WHAT you base your "righteous opinions" on and how you deliver them. I'm sure others will agree with me when I say it's not your opinion. It's how you say it. It's how you think for the simple fact that I'm gay that my lifestyle is beneath yours. It's how you feel about it. I am an individual who volunteers, loves kids, helps out my family tremendously, hold no prejudices whatsover, very openminded(about all things).... and you're going to come "preaching" to me when YOU sin more than I do. YOU are going to come JUDGING me when you are BUT a man. When did God give you this right to be so self-righteous?? I disagree with no one's opinion.... they're 'facts' yes... they're opinion... NO. If I come up here and post a respectful question and you come with some upturned nose type of answer... that's uncalled for....

you get a few replies, but if you ask anything about sex, the replies are endless. So many sex experts, so little time.

Cons
* To many religion, homosexual is considered a sin
* It would weaken the meaning of marriage
* It would weaken the meaning of the traditional family values.
* It would cause confusion in the legal aspect of marriage. It may bring many other legal questions about marriage: multiple wives, no age limit, etc.

This is a serious question for me. While I agree that civil union is a cold word why don't homosexuals call their union something besides marriage. Marriage is between a man and a woman. They do not label themselves heterosexual to be like everyone else. Nor do they decide who will be the wife and who will be the husband. Why the obsession of the word marriage? Isn't declaring homosexuality about your individualism and difference? Why not have a new word to mean the union of two people in love?It seems that in terms of rights the courts have given everyone the same rights in terms of marriage/civil union.

Why do people feel the need to give themselves a label? Soft stud, stud, fem, gay, bisexual, bi, . . .what ever. . Why can't we just be who we are?

Please no negative remarks. Just wanting to know!

this isn't a question so I shouldn't be posting this but to all of you "holier than thou" "religious" "hypocrites" out there...
I BET you that "in the end" a lot of homosexuals will make it into heaven before YOU. You're spending all your ENERGY and "good will" focusing on saving the "purity" of marraige between a man and a woman while they(homosexuals, bisexuals) are taking this negativity all in stride and turning it into positive energy. They're helping people, loving people, doing away with their prejudices and "loving thy neighbor" while you are doing one of the main things that your God is against. I honestly believe this.

I work with a guy that acts very flirty toward me and normally his actions would make me think he was showing interest, but he talks about liking women. I just want to know if that's it, he's straight, or is there another possibility. I don't see why a gay or bi guy would play like that but I don't always understand people, so I'm throwing this one out there.

This is in no way trying to be offensive - I am just genuinely interested. Here goes:-
As a hetrosexual male, I do derive pleasure out of seeing the opposite sex naked. I think thats a given for most of us. Presumably gay people therefore, enjoy seeing the same sex naked. So are gym changing rooms, showers etc a bit of a more fun for homosexuals, given that they share facilities with the object of their desire, unlike the rest of us?????
