Probably Asian nations, like Cambodia, Thailand, etc., etc. It's in their blood to be servient, which is what I think you're talking about.
In my perspective, European atheists are the best women around.

No nation's women are the most loving, caring and faithful. There are women like that all over the world in every country. There's no way to measure what country has more faithful, loving women than another and until we can measure it, which is impossible, we can never determine it.

It has nothing to do with nationality. I've lived in the US, Japan and Korea. In all those countries, I've met women who respect men and those who hate them, women who're gold diggers and those who are non-materialistic with good values. While I've never dated the women, I do talk to them about their boyfriends and husbands.
