I'm shocked, dismayed, and frankly heart broken by the angry insults and put-downs from a group who constantly screams for tolerance. I'm reading tremendous intolerance of conservative Christian groups who don't agree with your sexuality. In my personal circles, I've never heard anyone talk about "fearing" homosexuality (as used in the term homophobe) like it was a disease that would spread. I've never heard anyone say
I HATE gays (lesbians, bis, etc.) I've never even heard it implied. I just wonder how much of your (collectively) anger is aimed at the distortions depicted in the media or perhaps isolated incidents with people who really don't know or want to share the love of Christ. What I'm reading are gross misrepresentations, overgeneralizations, and a very similar intolerance you collectively complain about.

Is it wrong for a person to have a secrect relationship with someone and get with someone else for a cover up, such as a guy leaving another guy to get with a girl for a cover up even though they are not boyfriends, just keeping the relationship secret away from society, even though society caught on to the relationship and now that guy got with a girl for a cover up leaving the other guy heart broken

there is this boy at my highschool that really likes me alot. I'm a guy also. I'm in the closet hiding it from society in school. Lately, I been finding myself flirting with him, and him too. So a rumor came up saying that we were both gay and going out. I was hurt so badly when he started going out with this girl in my face and act like he didnt even know me, knowing that we have a secret relationship with one another. He know how I feel about this but just luaghs at it. Even though God meant for woman to be with man, but I just have feelings for guys. I'm a christian, and know Jesus Christ.Could someone please help me out, give me advice anything you can. Anything, and please be kind to me please dont hurt me anymore than what I already have. I want to cry but I cant make myself cry, why? Is it because I'm so ecxited on this issue

You get whatever you are from your parents. If it can't be traced back to them or their parents, than it can't have been in you ever since you were born.

Just wanting to get some feedback on the society's view on male nurses. A lot of society believe that if you are a guy and a nurse, you must be gay. Is there any websites in regards to this? Or does anyone have any feedback! For a research paper on the shortage of male nurses and why?

My bf and I have been dating for over two years. For reasons I don't wish to get into on her, I snooped into his email - the first and only time I've done that. While in the email, I saw that he wrote the following email to somebody:

"Hey - remember me? We hooked up about a year ago... fun times, we f$#%ed and moved your bed all over your room. You game for another round?

Let me know-"

I confronted him with this. He said that he never slept with this guy. That he was just talking dirty and that it was so long ago that he was going on the idea the guy wouldn't remember what happened. He says he's never cheated on me, not once. That he was only responding to this guy who used to constantly email him. Then, last night, he was drunk and just decided to email him to talk dirty like that.

I don't know what to think/do. We live together. We were planning on moving to a different city when our lease is up. He's told me he wants to spend the rest of his life with me.

Honestly these are serious questions; please don't think this is another basher's prank question.
Male or female -- do you think there was a "cause" that made you gay? Such as, family or home situation in your early years... an incident or abuse... or do you feel you were born that way?
Do you feel it's possible to change to heterosexual - not by pressure but by choice? Or is the tendency/preference to be gay a permanent thing?
Since I'm asking such personal questions I should explain that I was with a wonderful guy for several years, when he suddenly confessed that he was gay. I'm broken hearted about it because we still love each other so much... I've been kidding myself that (1) if he loved me enough he'd WANT to be straight & (2) if I were a little sexier/prettier/hotter, etc., he'd change.
It isn't fair to feel that way... but I do love him regardless. I'd just like to understand more and don't want to ask him because he might think I'm asking him to "convert."
Thank you..

Are there any doctors who will perform a castration procedure simply for nullification reasons without a sex change desire?
I have tried to ask around but it seems that they require at least a year of therapy and a desire to have a sex change. I am ok with the therapy but when I explain my desire is simply to have my testes removed and not to take female hormones or move towards a sex change they tell me that is an issue I have to discuss in therapy and that no doctor will do the procedure. I am twenty five and have desired this for sometime now but I want to do it safely? Only serious answers please

What is love? Is it a force of nature which evolved with Man, designed merely to prolong the continuation of our species, to keeping mates together against all odds so we can nurture and cherish our offspring? Or is it a divine power bestowed on us, that transcends life itself?

I have a co-worker that I just don't know if she likes me or she is just being funny or what. She always says hi to me in a flirty sort of way and she always jokes around with me. We go back and forth all the time picking on each other. She always says "******(myname), I love you".... I just think thats wierd she says that all the time. I got hurt at work, and I was talking to her about it, and she kept saying "honey, im so sorry" "I feel so bad that youre hurt".... and she when she was talking to me she was touching my shoulder and I swear she started to cry for a moment! so i dont know... and shes always touching me when shes talking to me.... i dont know...? Is she just being friendly or what?

Why would anyone hate someone for being themselves? For some Homosexuality is a choose, but for many Homosexuality is the way they were born. All of the people I know that are gay tell me that if they had one wish, they would wish at they were straight. Do Christians think gay people enjoy being bashed by others, being dishoned by their families and then being told that God hates them??

P.S. Just a bonus question. Has anyone ever seen a gay person go straight???
