My bf and I have been dating for over two years. For reasons I don't wish to get into on her, I snooped into his email - the first and only time I've done that. While in the email, I saw that he wrote the following email to somebody:

"Hey - remember me? We hooked up about a year ago... fun times, we f$#%ed and moved your bed all over your room. You game for another round?

Let me know-"

I confronted him with this. He said that he never slept with this guy. That he was just talking dirty and that it was so long ago that he was going on the idea the guy wouldn't remember what happened. He says he's never cheated on me, not once. That he was only responding to this guy who used to constantly email him. Then, last night, he was drunk and just decided to email him to talk dirty like that.

I don't know what to think/do. We live together. We were planning on moving to a different city when our lease is up. He's told me he wants to spend the rest of his life with me.

He might have just been talking dirty to the guy; it might also have been something he did spur of the moment and wants to forget about. He's been with your for two years; he hooked up with this guy once. Stick together unless things start getting really suspicious.

First of all, you should not be going through your boyfriends emails without his permission. However now that you have, and your boyfriends seems to enjoy talking with this guy do you feel comfortable with him talking to him?

If not, than maybe you should consider talking the issue over with him and how it's affecting your relationship and how you feel about him?

If he continues to talk dirty behind your back when he says he'd stop than maybe the relationship wasn't meant to last?

at first, you won't be able to violate the privateness of somebody you care approximately like that. jointly as the notice grew to become into incriminating, you had no suited to locate it. If each interior comedian tale and each racy remark you ever made grew to become into laid bare for the international to work out, i'm specific you won't be smelling like roses the two. That reported, he probable cheated on you final 12 months. you are able to the two supply the relationship yet another threat and attempt a hell of plenty harder to act respectfully to one yet another, or you are able to throw it away. He might have violated your have faith in a great way, and you certainly violated his have faith in an significant way as nicely. That tells me this relationship will possibly no longer have been too sound at first. in simple terms have faith me this: you're able to no longer stay jointly on account which you reside jointly or on account which you're demanding approximately his emotions. given which you think that this relationship can as quickly as returned make you sense secure and happy must you proceed it.

What city does this guy live in? And I don't think I would believe him either. People who lie hope that they can get away with things. I think you should show him this and let him know the consensus. Usually people who cheat try to make the other feel crazy for thinking they would cheat... Do you feel like he is making you crazy?

First off ask yourself how you would feel if it were in fact true? Would you be able to get over it, forgive him and move on? Would it even bother you - do you expect him to be faithful?

Then secondly you have to realize it did happen. The e-mail is proof, you know it happened, we know it happened and he knows it happened.........so go back and look at your answers to my questions above and then decided what to do about your situtation.

If you snooped in his mail, you must have ALREADY had reasons to not trust him. Sounds like this guy is a player. Find someone worthy of you. Good luck. (ps....if he was contacting him to hook up again, that is reason enough to dump him)

Sounds very dodgy to me - no hetrosexual male would be able to bring himself to say such things to another male even if he wanted to for a joke!

However, everyone's allowed one mistake.....move on and forget about, if you cant then you better break up.

Is your boyfriend a MAN??? Then HE'S LYING!!!!

Honey, gay men are men and men lie about screwing around when they want their cake and to eat it too.

You decide...open relationship STAY. Closed relationship LEAVE HIS A.SS!!!!
